    As they arrive at the airport in Beijing, guests will be met by a tour representative who will help them transfer to the local hotel. Guests who arrive early may enjoy the remainder of the day at their own leisure.

    • Passport and travel document: All participants' passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date. For non-US passport, please consult with us for details. We are not responsible for any rejection of entry by immigration and custom official, even if the tour participant holds valid passport and proper visas.
    • Regulation of luggage(s):Luggage allowance for transpacific flight is two pieces per person for checked luggage with combined. Total dimension not exceeding 106 inches provided neither one exceeds 62 inches nor 50LB. Luggage's allowance in China is limited to one piece only and not to exceed 44Ib. Carry on luggage's is limited to one piece with combined total dimension not exceeding 45 inches.
    • Shopping: Although the Supplier and its affiliates or tour operation partners will be pleased to assist tour participants with any shopping needs, but will not be responsible for price, value, quality, authenticity and service of any goods purchased during the tour for any mailing, freight or shipping arrangements Qualification of participants.
    • Compliance with local laws: he carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agent, employees, or joint ventures with the Supplier or its affiliates.
