You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

• All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 3-4 business day.
• Standard Cancellation and Refund policy (please read before booking)
  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
  • Cancellations received up to 45 days prior to departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 30-44 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 14-29 days of departure will incur a penalty of 35% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 4-13 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
• Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
• We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
• We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.

Passport and travel document
All participants' passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date. For non-US passport, please consult with us for details. We are not responsible for any rejection of entry by immigration and custom official, even if the tour participant holds valid passport and proper visas.

Regulation of luggage(s)
Luggage allowance for transpacific flight is two pieces per person for checked luggage with combined Total dimension not exceeding 106 inches provided neither one exceeds 62 inches nor 50LB. Luggage's allowance in China is limited to one piece only and not to exceed 44Ib. Carry on luggage's is limited to one piece with combined total dimension not exceeding 45 inches.

Shopping:
Although the Supplier and its affiliates or tour operation partners will be pleased to assist tour participants with any shopping needs, but will not be responsible for price, value, quality, authenticity and service of any goods purchased during the tour for any mailing, freight or shipping arrangements Qualification of participants.

Compliance with local laws
The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agent, employees, or joint ventures with the Supplier or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by the Supplier are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplies.
