DAY1 Boston City Tour

We start our tour in the morning with a short drive from Boston to Cambridge where we’ll see two of the world’s top institutions of higher education. Harvard University, founded in 1636, is the oldest and most historic of the nation’s colleges, boasting buildings that have stood since its earliest days. MIT perennially ranks among the top engineering and technology schools in the world, and is known for its culture of innovation. We’ll then visit the Massachusetts State House, which dates back to the earliest years of America’s independence, presiding atop a hill that overlooks the Boston Common. After a Harbor Cruise* on the Charles River and around the Port of Boston, we’ll admire the library that was dedicated to John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, before completing our visit to Boston at Faneuil Hall, a bustling shopping and dining district which offers a uniquely Bostonian experience.

DAY2 Boston - Philadelphia - Washington D.C. (455 miles)

In the morning, we depart for Philadelphia, where we will arrive at approximately 4 pm. Our tour will take us to the birthplace of the American Constitution, Independence Hall, as well as the iconic Liberty Bell. Later, we’ll travel to our nation’s capital, Washington DC, where we will visit the Thomas Jefferson Memorial and the White House. After dinner, we’ll transfer to our nearby hotel.

DAY3 Washington D.C. Sightseeing - Maryland / Virginia (39 miles)

On the third day of our trip, we’ll complete our tour of Washington DC with a visit to the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans and Korean War Veterans Memorials, Capitol Hill, and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. After lunch, we’ll head to Baltimore, Maryland for a stop at the lovely Inner Harbor. The Inner Harbor of the Baltimore seaport is one of the oldest and most historic in the nation. After dinner, we’ll drive on to our hotel in New Jersey, where we’ll spend the night.

DAY4 New York City Tour - Boston (218 miles)

Our final day kicks off in New York City, otherwise known as The Big Apple, representing the biggest commercial center in the United States. We will start with an entire view Manhattan Island from the observation platform of the Empire State Building*, before we head down to street-level for closer inspection. Our tour will proceed to Rockefeller Center, home of NBC Studios and the famous statue of golden Prometheus, and then to the United Nations Headquarters, as well as the bustling commercial mecca of Times Square. In the afternoon, we’ll take the Statue of Liberty Cruise*, which will give you breathtaking water views of Manhattan’s famous skyline and the Statue of Liberty, the must-see moment in New York, and pay a visit to the USS Air and Sea Museum*. We’ll then take a moment to browse the curiously lifelike models on display at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum*, where you can greet celebrities and historical figures face-to-face. Our trip ends with our expected return to Boston at approximately 9:00 pm.
