Itinerary

DAY1 Boston - NYC (Friday, 12/30)

Departure from the Chinatown Gate located at 70 Beach St., Boston, MA, 02111, at 10:30 AM. Start your 6-day tour by going to the Big Apple. Upon arrival, you will be able to have a mini tour of the Little Italy, Chinatown and SoHo area. After dinner you will be escorted to the hotel on our scheduled shuttle bus for rest.

DAY2 New York City (Saturday, 12/31)

In the morning we start with Harlem, where President Obama studied at Columbia University, and your senses will be overwhelmed with the music, the variety of stores, the restaurants, and the street prophets and musicians. The energy is relentless. New York is the world's premier performing arts city, and Lincoln Center is its premier institution. Check the offerings here, which can include opera, dance, symphonies, jazz, theater, film, and more -- from the classics to the contemporary. Enjoy a tour of Radio City, the world famous stage. The Times Square New Year's Eve celebration features star-studded musical performances, balloons, pom-poms, confetti, a colorful pyrotechnic display and about a million of your closest friends. Every year as the clock nears midnight on December 31st, the eyes of the world turn once more to the dazzling lights and bustling energy of Times Square. Anticipation runs high. DAY3 New York City (Sunday, 1/1)

At first glance New York may seem too overwhelming, but our highly organized tour is designed to give you a taste of the Capital of the World, with much of the City's best in architecture, museums, history, shopping and fun! Just a few of the highlights you are going to see with us: Wall Street and its symbolic Charging Bull, Ground Zero construction site, cruise on the Hudson river to take photographs with Stature of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge, panoramic view of the whole city including Central Park from the observatory deck on Empire State Building, United Nations Headquarters, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Times Square, Rockefeller Center with the world's most beautiful Christmas tree, Fifth Avenue with all kinds of holiday decorations in department store windows, and of course, the newly transformed USS Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum! DAY4 New York - Philadelphia - Washington DC (Monday, 1/2)

Visit the birthplace of this great nation in the morning: Independence Hall & Liberty Bell in the Independence Park, which has been ranked as the most historic square mile in this country. Move on to today’s most influential political center in the world – Washington D.C. Besides the White House, Capitol Hill, popular museums, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam and Korean War Memorials, you are invited to take our exclusive cruise on Potomac River to explore some best kept secrets!

DAY5 DC - Hershey's Chocolate World - Corning Glass Center - Niagara(Tuesday, 1/3)

Passing by Harrisburg, the Capital of Pennsylvania State, arrive in the sweetest town on our Planet -- Hershey. The Chocolate World tour ride shows how candy is made as you travel through a simulated Hershey factory. (Yes, there's a free sample, albeit tiny, at the end!) A 3-hour bus ride takes you to the Corning Museum of Glass, which maintains the most comprehensive collection of historic and art glass in the world: 35,000 glass pieces representing 35 centuries of glass craftsmanship. Catch "Niagara: Legends of Adventure," a dramatic 45-minute IMAX film on the new 45X25-foot screen. Enjoying the fantastic view of the rivers and mountains in central New York on our comfortable tour bus, you are on the way to Boston. The drop-off location will be the same as the boarding location on your first day.

Travel Insurance: By accepting our policy, passenger should agree that we shall hold no responsibilities in itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, bus broke down, accident, weather or any other causes. Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance before departure to ensure compensations for the unexpected causes above. Please ask one of our specialists for more information.

Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 2-9 yrs old

Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used

Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (Limited English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate so reconfirmation two days prior to the departure date is required during low season (Oct to April).

Redemption

Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

BOOKING AND RESERVATION

All tours are for early booking, we suggest the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until deposit has paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.

TOUR COST INCLUDES

Transportation as per itinerary via deluxe motorcoach or Mini Bus.

Passenger insurance while on board motorcoach or Mini Bus.

Hotel accommodation which based on two adults sharing one bedroom. (Double, Triple, Quad, Occupancy), excluding child fare, child fare between age of 2-8, under age of 2 without seat(s) on the bus.

Due to Motorcoach Insurance Policy, passengers over 2years of age must purchase ticket in order to occupy seats.

TOUR COST NOT INCLUDES

Tour taxes, travel insurance and all changes arriving from deviation.

Admission package or passes to attraction; personal changes such as travel document and visa fees.

Baggage handing fees, phone calls, room service, movies and etc. Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and tips for waiters or waitresses.

Tipping for an Escort or tour Guide: Children and Adults apply: it is required by each passenger to pay gratuity (tips) for an Escort or Tour Guide for the courteous service provided on the tour. It is recommended that a minimum of $4.00 per person / per day for an Escort or Tour Guide.

Tipping for the driver: it is required by each passenger to pay gratuity (tips) for the Driver for the courteous service delivering throughout the tour. It is recommended that a minimum of $3.00 per person / per day for the Driver.

Weekend and holiday surcharge may apply.

SEAT ASSIGNMENT

All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.

Passengers of 2 years or older must purchase ticket to occupy seats.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Hotel accommodation is based on two adults (Double), three adults (Triple), or Four adults (Quad) per room sharing two twin beds, each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children). Each guest rooms are standard with TWO full size beds or ONE queen size bed. Please specify at time of booking.

All children under age 8 must accompanying adults. (Hotel rooms do not apply in all children fare).

Single room can be arranged for passenger who paid the single supplement fee.

TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONE POLICY

All cancellation or change of date must be with the following details:

A 25% service fee will apply on refunds after the payment.

A 50% service fee will apply on refunds of SEVEN days prior to departure.

A 75% service fee will apply on refunds of THREE days prior to departure.

Absolutely NO refundable (exchangeable) on all cancellation or postpone within 3 days prior to departure.

All the concert tickets and bus tickets are NO refundable or exchangeable.

Passenger must present ticket(s) at time of refund; all refund will be issued by company check or credit card only. (Absolutely NO cash refund).

BOARDING TIME AND PLACE

All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely not boarding without tickets.

Departure time and boarding location will be advised after reservation made.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We are not responsible for any occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.

ADDITIONAL NOTE FOR BUY 2 GET 1 FREE

The free-fare passenger must share room with first 2 passengers.

Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least days before departure.

No-Show (or late cancellation) of free passenger incurs $128 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.

RESPONSIBILITY

We reserve the right to substitute hotels and after itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the tour.

We reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting our policy, passenger should agree that tour operator shall hold no responsibilities in itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather or any other causes.

Each group requires a minimum of 10 passengers to operate a departure. We reserve the right to cancel a departure due to not meeting the basic requirement. Liability to such cancellation is limited to full refund of money received by us, and this will constitute full settlement with Tour Department.

We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any reason before or during the tour.

All passengers must obtain a valid passport and all entry / exit visa as requited by immigration regulation.

Passenger must be self reliant, those require assistance must be accompanied by a friend or relative. We are NOT able to provide individual assistance for any passenger.

Passengers should inform the escort or hotel reception if they are to use the hotel swimming pool. All children should be accompanied by their parents while using the pool. No life guard on premise, swim at your own risk.

Passenger(s) are responsible for his or her belonging(s). We will NOT longer provide services to track or trace any personal item(s).
