We will passing by NYC Trinity Church, and our first stop will be the Wall Street, where we can see the world's famous stock exchanges, as well as the signature sculpture, Charging Bull. From there, we will take a Statue of Liberty Cruise. Then we'll visit U.S.S. Intrepid. After, we will pass by Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue, and stop at the One World Observatory (will visit Empire State Building instead if close). Our day concludes with visits to Times Square, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, The Fifth Avenue (you can go to the Central Park by yourself, or go to the Museum of Modern Art at your own expense), New York Night Tour.

We will also visit the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and the Korean War Memorial.

We will also pass by: Old Trinity Cathedral, Hancock Building, Boston Athenaeum, Boston Park, Swan Lake Park, and overlook the Golden Dome of the State House. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    9-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    1-8 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
    In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
    Itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, transportation and other conditions, in order to provide the best experience for you.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Thank you for your email, Unfortunately for this tour there are only 2 drop off points, 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (In front of the Sheraton hotel - Flushing, NY) and 87 Bowery, New York, NY 10013 (Chinatown(Manhattan, NYC) - New York, NY). if you would like to get dropped off at Boston, you could send our support team an email and we could send a request to see if there is a possibility of being dropped off in Boston.We can not guarantee you will be dropped off in Boston. I am looking to book the 6 day, 5 night tour from boston that goes to New York, niagra, Washington, Philly and Boston. It says it goes back to both boston and New York. If we have started the tour at Boston can we still leave the Tour in New York?
