Airport free pick-up service is available from 9:00am - 9:00pm (bus departs from the airport every 2 hours: 9am/11am/1pm/3pm/5pm/7pm).Guests need to wait for the tour guide outside the baggage claim area. Beyond this period, guests need to manage themselves to the 1st night hotel or additional $40 per person one way fee will apply, extra $10/person for more people.
Hotel Check-in time is at after 3 pm. If you want to check before 3 pm, you may need to pay for an extra night.

Please book your return flight after 11:00pm on the last day (no airport drop off service).

All hotel and tour schedules are arranged in advance. No refunds will be given to customer failing to appear on the departure day.
