This money-saving combo tour is a great way to relive history! Leaving from Boston, we will drive through Harvard Yard and view Cambridge Common, where George Washington took control of the Continental Army. Driving along Tory Row past the house of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, we will follow the route of Paul Revere as he warned the countryside of the approaching British military. This will take us up to Lexington and Concord, the sites of the first battles of the American Revolution. Afterwards, we will return to Boston.

    A colonial settlement in the 1600s, Lexington was important town in the formation of the US. In April of 1775, the first shots of the American Revolution were fired in this humble town, changing the course of history forever.

    Lexington Common

    This public common in Lexington, often called the "Battle Green," was the site where the very first shots of the American Revolutionary War were fired in 1775. There are multiple memorials around the park to commemorate this event.
  • Concord, MA

    This is historic colonial city near Boston is most famous for being one of two locations for the battle that started the American Revolution, as well as home to writers like Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau.
