    Mary Baker Eddy Library

    The Mary Baker Eddy Library in Boston is the main repository for the papers of Mary Baker Eddy, an American author and religious leader. The building is also home to a museum and the Mapparium, a three-story stained-glass globe.

    New England Aquarium

    Considered one of the most enrapturing aquariums in the country, the New England Aquarium houses all manner of aquatic life in its Giant Ocean Tank and also features a large IMAX theater.

    Old South Meeting House

    Paul Revere House

    This dark brown house in the North End of Boston was the home of Paul Revere, famous for his midnight ride, which warned American colonists of the oncoming British forces on the even of the American Revolution.

  • Lexington, MA

    A colonial settlement in the 1600s, Lexington was important town in the formation of the US. In April of 1775, the first shots of the American Revolution were fired in this humble town, changing the course of history forever.

    Buckman Tavern

    This museum, formerly a tavern in the Colonial Era, is a small, quaint building on Lexington Green. It is famous for being the headquarters of the local militia that first encountered British soldiers to begin the American Revolution.

  • Concord, MA

    This is historic colonial city near Boston is most famous for being one of two locations for the battle that started the American Revolution, as well as home to writers like Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau.

    This small museum celebrates the local history of this colonial town, housing collections of Ralph Waldo Emerson's and Henry Thoreau's belongings and writings, as well as many authentic Revolutionary War artifacts.
