Confirmation
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Tour requires a minimum number of passengers to operate so reconfirmation two days prior to the departure date is required. If you are planning to take flight to join the tour, please call us to confirm the tour before booking flight ticket.
Redemption
Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
Terms & Condition
BOOKING AND RESERVATION
All tours are for early booking, we suggest the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until deposit has paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.
SEAT ASSIGNMENT
All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
Passengers of 2 years or older must purchase ticket to occupy seats.
TRAVEL DOCUMENT
Passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY
All cancellation or change of date must be with the following details:
A 25% service fee will apply on refunds after the payment.
A 50% service fee will apply on refunds of SEVEN days prior to departure.
A 75% service fee will apply on refunds of THREE days prior to departure.
Absolutely NO refundable (exchangeable) on all cancellation or postpone within 3 days prior to departure.
All the concert tickets and bus tickets are NO refundable or exchangeable.
Passenger must present ticket(s) at time of refund; all refund will be issued by company check or credit card only. (Absolutely NO cash refund).
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
BOARDING TIME AND PLACE
All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely not boarding without tickets.
Departure time and boarding location will be advised after reservation made.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We are not responsible for any occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
RESPONSIBILITY
We reserve the right to substitute hotels and after itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the tour.
We reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting our policy, passenger should agree that tour operator shall hold no responsibilities in itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather or any other causes.
Each group requires a minimum of 10 passengers to operate a departure. We reserve the right to cancel a departure due to not meeting the basic requirement. Liability to such cancellation is limited to full refund of money received by us, and this will constitute full settlement with Tour Department.
We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any reason before or during the tour.
