    Pricing Policy

    Price listed is per day per person.
    Currency: All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) except admission and meal fees which are paid upon arrival.
    Lodging: Single occupancy (1 person per room with 1 bed), Double Occupancy (2 people per room with 2 twin beds), Tripple occupancy (3 people per room with 2 twin beds).
    Child fare: 2 - 11 year old share a room with two adults (no bed). No charge for infants under 2 years old.
    Pre-Post Accommodation: Available only on the day before (one night) or after the tour(one night). USD$55 per person per night (twin share basis), there is no charge for child share a room with two adults. USD$110 per night applies for Single Room.
    Airport transfer: Available in Paris(only pick up from CDG and ORY of Paris), Amsterdam(AMS), Frankfurt(FRA), Rome(FCO/CIA). Airport, Train, hotel, meeting place transfer (available between 7:00am and 10pm), USD$45 each way per person (based on two people).

    Day 1

    Saturday: Paris - Lucerne (650 km) (Green) (667 km)

    Today, we will drive from Paris past small villages and charming landscapes to Basel, Switzerland, and from there on to Lucerne, where we will arrive in the early evening and spend the night.
    Day 2

    Sunday: Lucerne - Milan - Verona - Venice (400 km) (Green) (527 km)

    From Lucerne, we will drive to Milan, Italy. When we arrive, we will view the immense Sforza Castle. Then, we will head to the glass-covered 19th Century shopping plaza, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, followed by a visit to the world-renowned La Scala Opera House. Afterwards, we’ll drive to the city of Verona, where we will stop first at the Verona Arena and then at the Balcony of Juliet at Villa Capuleti. The evening will take us from Verona to Venice, the city of canals, for a night’s stay.
    Day 3

    Monday: Venice - Rome (550 km) (Green) (542 km)

    After breakfast in Venice, we will take a waterbus to San Marco Square. Here we will see the Basilica di San Marco. Next, we will make our way to the Bridge of Sighs. Then, after witnessing a demonstration of Murano Glass-Blowing, we will take Gondola Ride* through the Grand Canal. In the afternoon, we will transfer to Rome or a nearby city for the night.
    Day 4

    Tuesday: Rome - Vatican - Florence (280 km) (Green) (591 km)

    Our first stop in the region will be the Vatican, where we’ll head to St. Peter's Basilica. After lunch, we will head out to Rome to enjoy a tour that will take us to the Colosseum*, the Arch of Constantine, and the Pantheon. Afterward, we will stop by the Trevi Fountain and then enjoy a relaxing stroll through the Piazza di Spagna and the nearby Spanish Steps. Later, we will transfer to nearby Florence to stay overnight.
    Day 5

    Wednesday: Florence - Pisa - Genoa (550 km) (Green) (259 km)

    Breakfast in Florence will be followed by a tour of the city. We will first enjoy a panoramic view of the Piazzale Michelangelo, followed by a sightseeing tour on foot that features the Ponte Vecchio and Arno River, the Piazza del Duomo, and finally the Uffizi Gallery, one of the finest and oldest art galleries in the world. You will have ample time to shop through Florence before we leave to drive to Pisa and see its famous Leaning Tower. We will end the tour after a stop at the beautiful Duomo (Cathedral) and Baptistry in Pisa. We will continue on to Genoa or a city nearby for the night.
    Day 6

    Thursday: Genoa - Monaco - Nice - Cannes - Avignon (450 km) (Green) (470 km)

    This day features a journey along the Mediterranean Sea to the picturesque city of Monaco on the French Riviera. We will visit the palace and casino in Monte Carlo and Fragonard Perfume Factory. After this, we will reach Cannes, where we’ll have the opportunity to take photos at the Palais des Festival and then relax on the beach. Tonight we’ll stay in the Provençal town of Avignon.
    Day 7

    Friday: Avignon - Paris (700 km) (Green) (691 km)

    Our day is spent en route from Avignon to Paris, where we will stay overnight.
    Day 8

    Saturday: Paris - Reims - Luxembourg (420 km) (Red) (377 km)

    Today we will head to Reims, the capital of Champagne. Here, we’ll visit the Reims Cathedral, site of the coronations and an architectural wonder in its own right. Later, we will drive ahead to Luxembourg. After arriving, we will enjoy the view of the Place de Constitution and Pont Adophe. We will stay for the night in Luxembourg or a nearby city.
    Day 9

    Sunday: Luxembourg - Trier - Koblenz - Frankfurt (400 km) (Red) (301 km)

    Our first visit of the day is to Trier, Germany's oldest city. We’ll stop to view Porta Nigra and then visit the Karl Marx Haus. Afterwards, we will drive to Koblenz, the city where the Rhine and the Mosel Rivers meet. We will have lunch in this famous scenic place, and have the option to take a cruise along the Rhine*. After lunch, the bus will take us to Frankfurt with a stop in Rudesheim. After we arrive in Frankfurt, we’ll enjoy a tour of the scenic square, Romerplatz. We will spend the night in Frankfurt.
    Day 10

    Monday: Frankfurt - Bonn - Cologne - Amsterdam (500 km) (Red) (456 km)

    From Frankfurt, we set out for Bonn, the capital of West Germany from 1949-1990. We’ll see the Old Town Hall and then visit Beethoven Haus, the birthplace of composer, Ludwig Van Beethoven. Afterwards, the bus will take us to Cologne to see the Cologne Cathedral. After lunch and some free time to browse a Cologne shopping area, we will finish our day’s travel at Amsterdam, where we will spend the night.
    Day 11

    Tuesday: Amsterdam - The Hague - Amsterdam (Red) (65 km)

    In the morning we will embark on a sightseeing tour to The Hague, where we’ll see the Peace Palace. The bus will then take us to the popular Dutch seaside resort Scheveningen, followed by a countryside excursion to the village of Zaanse Schans.** Afterwards, the bus will return us to the Amsterdam city center, where we will tour a famous diamond factory. Later, we will have some leisure time in the city to walk or take a Canal Cruise* before heading to dinner.
    Day 12

    Wednesday: Amsterdam - Brussels - Paris (500 km) (Red) (520 km)

    Today’s tour begins with a drive from Amsterdam to Brussels, the Belgian capital. Before we arrive, we will stop for a photo at the Atomium, a monument commemorating the first World’s Fair. When we arrive at the city, we will drive to the center to enjoy the view of the beautiful Grand Place and the statuette Manneken Pis. Leaving Brussels, we will drive to the splendid city of Paris, France. (For interested travelers, our tour guide can arrange an optional Paris by Night Tour* with a visit to Tour Montparnasse*.)
    Day 13

    Thursday: Paris - Versailles - Paris (Red) (22 km)

    Today, we will enjoy the many famous sights of historic Paris. Our bus will take us along the Champs-Elysees to the Place de la Concorde. Then, the bus will drive to the Hotel des Invalides, where the tomb of Napoleon is located, before heading to the Eiffel Tower*, where our tour will feature an ascent to its top to view the city. A scenic cruise* along the river Seine will show us many of the city’s most famous sights from the water, including the Notre Dame Cathedral and Pont Alexandre III. The rest of the day will be dedicated to exploring the magnificent Palace of Versailles.* We will return to the city area for the night.
    Day 14

    Friday: Paris (Red)

    This morning is dedicated the wonders on display at the world’s most famous art museum, the Musee du Louvre.* After, we will transfer to Place d’Italie for lunch. In the afternoon, our tour guide will take us for a ride on the Paris underground metro for a better understanding of how the city runs, and then we will have free time to spend in the city center around the Opera House before our continental tour of Europe ends.

      Confirmation

    Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

      Redemption

    You will receive a confirmation voucher in 2-3 business days after you receive the e-ticket. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination and depature details, is included in your confirmation voucher. When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print the confirmation voucher to present when you arrive at your destination. It is your proof of purchase.

      Terms & Condition

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

    Cancellation penalties per person as follows:

    • Up to 31 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 15-30 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
    • 7-14 days prior to departure - 60% of total purchase amount.
    • Less than 7 days of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Dates are based on the local time in Europe.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    Itinerary Variations

If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels.     Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    Currency Fluctuations:
    All tour prices are current at the time of publication and are susceptible to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance with changes in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The rate that you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against future currency fluctuations; on the other hand, no price adjust (refund) will be made based upon change in tour prices.

    Remarks

    1. The Company is not liable for any delay or expense.
    2. The Company will accept no responsibilities for losses or additional expense due to accident, delay, weather, strike or cause beyond its control.
    3. Passengers must have a valid passport. Your passport must remain valid for at least 6 months from the arrival date. The Company will not be held responsible for any expenses if passenger is refused entry by any country.
    4. The Company is not liable if passenger decide to withdraw during the tour.
    5. The Company reserves the right to alter or curtail the itinerary substitute hotels and/or conveyances as it is deemed necessary.
    6. The Company do not accept liability for acts of violence for any single sharing a room with others.
    7. Non-refundable for any unused portion of the tour and any meals listed in itinerary after departure whatever the reason is that you cannot continue with the tour.
    8. The Company also reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from the tour if deemed his/her act of conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony & welfare of other passengers and the tour as a whole. The Company shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person.
    9. The Company is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

    Responsibility
    The Company acts only as an agent and/or intermediary for independent suppliers. As a result it retains other contractors to provide transportation, accommodation and other related travel services. The Company accepts no responsibility for any such losses or any additional expenses or and distress due to delays, sickness, weather, strikes or any other causes.

    1. Passengers shall be regarded as carrying his/her own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise during the tour.
    2. Passenger accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, wars, quarantine and changes in itinerary.
    3. The Company will not held responsible if passenger carries any unlawful items or irregularities, any losses and expenses are the responsibility of the passenger.
    4. The Company, tour guide and driver do not accept liability for lost or stolen personal property during the tour.

    Insurance
    Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended. We will be pleased to assist in enquiries of any travel insurance.
