Day 1

Hometown - New York City

Arrive at New York City from hometown. For domestic flight, customer can meet our staff at the baggage claim area. (For international flight, customer can meet our staff at the US Customs and Immigration exit / Meeting point after luggage is picked up).

Customers who have already met with our tour guide before 5PM may join the city night tour (Optional: $25/person with limited availability).

Day 2

New York City Tour - Philadelphia (94 miles)

The tour begins by taking you around the "Big Apple". From the quaint streets of Chinatown to the financial capital: Wall Street, New World Trade Center, Liberty Cruise ride, United Nations, USS Intrepid, the thrilling Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Believe it or Not Museum, Times Square and drive by the Fifth Avenue. After dinner, tour will head back to hotel in Philadelphia.

New York, NY

Philadelphia - Washington D.C. (140 miles)

In the morning, tour will visit the "City of Brotherly Love"- Philadelphia: Independence Hall and Liberty Bell. In the afternoon, tour will be arrived in Washington D.C.: White House, U.S. Capitol Hill, Smithsonian Museum of Natural History, Capitol Cruise Ride, President Wax Museum, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Veteran Memorial, Korean War Memorial, and Jefferson Memorial.

Philadelphia, PA

  • The Thomas Jefferson Memorial is a memorial to the third president of the United States. The impressive building is neoclassical in design and has been standing since 1943. It sees more than two million visitors every year.

D.C. - Hershey - Corning Glass Center - Niagara Falls (329 miles)

In the morning, tour will depart from Washington D.C. then pass by the state of Pennsylvania to visit Hershey's Chocolate World and will arrive in Corning Museum of Glass in afternoon. The tour will be arrived in Niagara Falls in American side to enjoy the breathtaking night view then head back to hotel.

Niagara Falls - Toronto (128 km)

In the morning, visit Niagara Falls and enjoy IMAX movie, take the Maid of the Mist boat ride (seasonal), Skylon Tower; arrive to Toronto in the afternoon, and then visit CN Tower, Ontario Parliament Building, City Hall, and University of Toronto.

Toronto - Thousand Islands (seasonal)- Ottawa - Montreal (682 km)

Boston - Hometown or Boston - New York - Hometown (225 miles)

In the morning, tour will visit Harvard University, MIT; pass by Trinity Church and the tallest building in the New England District - John Hancock Tower, Boston Harbor Cruise ride, lunch and shopping at Quincy Market. And then the tour bus will back to New York Airport (JFK, LGA or EWR airport) and NYC. (Due to long travel distance to New York City, the use of Boston airport "BOS" is strongly recommends).

  • Passengers arriving early: free airport transfer available between 9am and 10pm on your arrival day. If you book the pre-tour hotel by yourself, please meet the tour guide at 48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013 before 4:15pm on the tour start day. If you book the pre-tour hotel with us, tour guide will pick you up from the hotel when tour starts (you may book extend hotel when check out).
Return:
  • Please arrange your return flight out from Boston (BOS) after 1:00pm or New York (EWR, JFK, or LGA) after 6:45pm.

  • Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 1 business day.
  • Airport pickup: In case of flight delayed (more than 30 mins) or other reasons out of our control, passengers have to pay for their own transportation fee to the hotel.
  • Airport greet and meet: Your tour escort will be wearing a E World Tours and holding a sign with your name. Domestic arrivals, your tour escort will wait at the baggage claim area. International arrivals, your tour escort will wait just outside of customs exit.
  • Flight arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour, please schedule flights to depart from Boston after 1:00pm or New York/New Jersey after 6:45pm.
  • CITY PASS: Passengers are NOT allowed to use a CITY PASS to purchase tickets for any of the optional sightseeing attractions visited on this tour.
  • Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively. Triple and Quad rooms are based on the existing bedding in a room which is 2 double beds.
  • Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides. Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours

  • 15-30 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
  • 7-14 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
  • 4-6 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
  • Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
  • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

Cancellation penalties per person for tours last 5 or more days

  • Up to 46 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
  • 21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
  • 8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
  • 1-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
  • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
