Pricing Policy
- Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-9 years. Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children). Infant under 3 years old with seat will pay the same price as the Child.

Day 1: Denver - Cheyenne (97 miles)
We will meet in the Denver Airport at 1:30pm at the Baggage Claim, East Terminal 6. Today we will take a brief tour of the city, visiting the golden-domed Colorado State Capitol Building and the Civic Center. We will also visit 16th Street Mall. Then we will drive to and stay overnight in the State Capitol of Wyoming, City of Cheyenne.
Day 2: Cheyenne - Crazy Horse - Mt. Rushmore - Devil's Tower - Gillette (409 miles)
In the morning, we will travel to Crazy Horse Memorial. Then, we will make our way to the iconic Mount Rushmore National Memorial. Next we will drive to the Devil's Tower. We will spend the night in Gillette.
Day 3: Gillette - Rocky Mountains - Yellowstone National Park (251 miles)
Drive through the Rockies enjoy mountains with glaciers and snow, blooming flowers and lush forests, rivers and waterfalls along the way. Next we will arrive in Yellowstone National Park. Stay overnight in West Yellowstone.
Day 4: Yellowstone National Park Full Day (49 miles)
Today we will enjoy a full-day adventure in Yellowstone today! Today we will visit Grand Prismatic Spring, Fountain Paint Pots, Old Faithful Geyser, Geyser Trail, Morning Glory, Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Yellowstone Falls, Norris Geyser, Fishing Bridge, Mud Volcano, Little Biscuit. The tour itinerary will be adjusted according to the actual situation of the day, please refer to the actual arrangement.
Day 5: Yellowstone - Grand Teton National Park - Jackson Hole - Salt Lake City (330 miles)
After breakfast, we will continue to explore Yellowstone National Park. Afterwards, we will travel along the Snake River to Grand Teton National Park. Later on, we will stop in Jackson, WY. Be sure to visit the Elk Antler Arches Square located in the center of Jackson! Then we will drive to Salt Lake City to visit the Great Salt Lake. Stay overnight in Salt Lake City
Day 6: Salt Lake City
Drive to Capitol Hill this morning, and visit the most expensive and magnificent State House in America, Utah State Capitol! Take walk in the State Capitol building, and amazed by the architecture, sculptures and the rich history behind it. Afterward, guests will leave for airport for their departure flights. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding when to schedule flights.
- Airport meet and greet: Please meet your tour guide at Baggage Claim #6 located inside the East Terminal by 1:30PM (Denver Time). Please book a flight arriving in Denver before 1:30pm. Arrivals after 1:30pm may take the shuttle to the hotel for rest.
- Return: Tour ends in Salt Lake City. Please schedule your flight out from Salt Lake City airport after 1:00pm. Guests will drop off at the Temple Square subway station or take the hotel shuttle to the airport by themselves.
- Flight information: Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 4 business days prior to departure. Otherwise, you will be required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense.

Price Excludes
- Mandatory Admissions: $210/person, including admission to Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Mt. Rushmore, Devil's Tower, Crazy Horse, Great Salt Lake.
- Air fares between your city and the departure city.
- All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
- A mandatory service fees for tour guide and bus driver ($12.00/day per passenger ).
- Personal room fees, such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
- Any private expenses
- This tour does not accept any City Pass, Park Pass, or your own tickets for any of the attractions.
Additional Note
- Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should be within 1 business day.
- Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
- Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used.
- Chinese Visa holders: Please print out the EVUS form.

- All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

- You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip, they are your proof of purchase.

- Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
- Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
31 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
15-30 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
For tours upgrade to Yellowstone Cabin:
46 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
15-45 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
8-14 days prior to departure - 70% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.

- We reserve right to cancel a schedule and fully refund affected customers, although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
- We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
- We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
- If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
- Hotel Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a fine penalty of at least $250/person, along with other legal liabilities. One hotel room can accommodate 4 guests utmost (regardless of age). Guests need to contact the hotel and bear the fee yourselves if you require extra bed.
Guests can check in to the hotel by tour confirmation number and valid ID.
Note: guests cannot self-check-in in Las Vegas hotels. Please pick up room card from your tour guide.
