Day 1: Boston - Montreal (250 miles)

We will depart from Boston at 7:00am for Montreal, QC, Canada, where we will arrive in the early afternoon. We will visit the Olympic Stadium and Montreal Biodome. After touring the city, we will head to the hotel for the night.

Montreal, Quebec is the second-largest city in Canada, and the center of French Canadian culture. Called "Canada's Cultural Capital," Montreal offers much to see and do, whether you are looking to explore history or the arts.

  • The impressive tower that juts out of the Olympic Stadium in Montreal, Quebec is the tallest inclined tower in the world, and an impressive feat of engineering. Visitors can make their way to the top and overlook the city.

  • The Biodome is separated into four areas, each representing one of the dominant ecosystems in the western hemisphere. The areas are: the Tropical Forest, the Laurentian Forest, the Saint Lawrence Marine Ecosystem, and a polar area.

Day 2: Montreal - Quebec - Montreal (289 miles)

In the morning, we will journey to Quebec City, QC for the Quebec Winter Carnival. It is the biggest winter carnival in the world. We will have the chance to see amazing ice sculptures, parades, concerts, and dogsled races. We will also pay a visit to the Ice Hotel. We will return to Montreal for the night.

Quebec City is one of the oldest cities in North America. It was founded by Samuel de Champlain in 1608, and some of the architecture in Old Quebec dates back centuries. The Chateau Frontenac is the most famous landmark.

  • The Hotel de Glace just outside Quebec City is the only Ice Hotel in North America. This amazing architectural achievement is reconstructed every winter entirely out snow and ice. There is even an ice chapel in which weddings are hosted.

  • Each year at the beginning of February, this festival celebrates French Canadian culture. There are a wealth of fun activities to enjoy, like parades, sleigh and canoe races, a snow sculpture contest, and a masquerade ball.

Day 3: Montreal - Boston (309 miles)

On our way back to Boston, we will stop at a Winery in Quebec. Here, we will take a tour and have a chance to try special ice wine. We will return to the pickup points for dropoff at the end of the day.
