1. After I booked this tour and paid the $720 listed price, I was asked to pay an additional charge for inter-island flights, which are part of the advertised package. The reason given was that airlines vary prices according to season. However the price on your website ist he same all year and still now is the same $720. If you wish to charge more when demand is higher, you should not show the same price for all dates in the year. It is normal for travel companies to have different prices according to season and you should do the same, instead of showing a misleading price and then offending the customer by asking for mere after he has committed.
2. The visit to Dole Plantation should be made long enough for tourists to take the train ride or stand in a long queue to purchase food. This caused disappointment for most of our bus passengers.
3. You should not bother visiting the Tropical Plantation so late in the day (4:00pm) when eveything is almost closed and no fruit is for sale: another disppointment.
4. If you accept non-Chinese speaking customers, don't abandon them to a Chinese speaking Center guide who is not permitted (by the Center) to speak in English.
5. To avoid confusion and embarrassment, the compulsory daily tips should either be stated in advance each day by the driver/guide or standardised at the same amount and published on your website.
Overall nice experience....instead of 4 days in hawaii..we could have spent one extra day in Maui...one day only in maui was not enough..and give options to eat in other cuisine restaurants please!
