Check-in Note: Customers, who purchase Buy 2 Get 3rd Discounted packages, are allowed that only 2 people to process check-in at the front desk of hotels; the 3rd/4th check-in person are required to pay additional fee for adding extra bedding in a room.
Airport meet and greet: The tour escort will be wearing a white polo shirt and waiting for you in the baggage claim area.
Airport pickup: Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at least 3 business days prior to departure; otherwise, you are required to travel to the hotel at your own expense. In case of a flight delay of more than 30 minutes, or if your flight arrives between 10:00pm and 7:00am, you will be asked to travel to the hotel at your own expense. Should you arrive before the tour's starting date or extend your stay beyond the tour, airport pickup and/or dropoff service may be arranged accordingly. You can contact TakeTours for details.
Pier Transport: Pier pickup/drop-off is available. Please select Pier as pickup/drop-off when you book the tour. There will be $10 extra charge per person (min 2 people, i.e. min $20/transfer).

Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (Limited English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours. Vietnamese may be available upon request.
Though guests are allowed to spend on their own when visiting certain optional attractions/activities, this is not encouraged.
Confirmation
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status.
Redemption
For every confirmed booking you will
be required to print a voucher which is presented at the destination. You will
receive an confirmation email after your order was received.Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email.

Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations or changes made after booking confirmed. Tour is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of the tour being cancelled due to weather conditions or strikes or cancellation of flights by the airline. Visits, stops and other tour components may be deleted, added and/or substituted from the tour without notice.
We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers
although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.

Most tour guides are great, but they need to speak more English.
1. After I booked this tour and paid the $720 listed price, I was asked to pay an additional charge for inter-island flights, which are part of the advertised package. The reason given was that airlines vary prices according to season. However the price on your website ist he same all year and still now is the same $720. If you wish to charge more when demand is higher, you should not show the same price for all dates in the year. It is normal for travel companies to have different prices according to season and you should do the same, instead of showing a misleading price and then offending the customer by asking for mere after he has committed.
2. The visit to Dole Plantation should be made long enough for tourists to take the train ride or stand in a long queue to purchase food. This caused disappointment for most of our bus passengers.
3. You should not bother visiting the Tropical Plantation so late in the day (4:00pm) when eveything is almost closed and no fruit is for sale: another disppointment.
4. If you accept non-Chinese speaking customers, don't abandon them to a Chinese speaking Center guide who is not permitted (by the Center) to speak in English.
5. To avoid confusion and embarrassment, the compulsory daily tips should either be stated in advance each day by the driver/guide or standardised at the same amount and published on your website.
Overall nice experience....instead of 4 days in hawaii..we could have spent one extra day in Maui...one day only in maui was not enough..and give options to eat in other cuisine restaurants please!
