There is nothing like a Hawaiian sunset, and these sunsets are even better from out on the open sea. Departing from the shores of Waikiki, we will enjoy a scenic cruise south toward Diamond Head, pausing on the way back to catch the moment the sun slips below the horizon; we may even be able to see a green flash sunset.

    Oahu is the most popular of the Hawaiian Islands. It is the location of Honolulu, Hawaii's capital, as well as much-loved tourist spots like Pearl Harbor and Waikiki. The Polynesian Cultural Center is on this island as well.

    Diamond Head

    Rising over Honolulu, Diamond Head is a dormant volcano with an interior crater. The Diamond Head crater is one of the world's best examples of this geological formation. The crater's interior is now a national park.

  • Lunch: Array of "pupu" appetizers such garlic mac nut pesto with crunchy baguettes, pasta salad with lemon vinaigrette, vegetable crudite w/basil bleu cheese, or house made ranch dip, fried tortilla chips & salsa, taro rolls & lilikoi butter. Unlimited nonalcoholic beverages. Two free bar drink tickets per adult; $1 beer/$2 wine/mixers for extra.
