Cruise the protected waters of Johnstone Strait on the northeast coast of Vancouver Island. This area is acknowledged as the world's most accessible and predictable orca viewing ground (best viewing mid-July to mid-August). In addition to orcas, there is a wide variety of other marine and birdlife in this area including Pacific white-sided dolphins, harbour porpoises, harbour seals, sea lions, minke, grey and humpback whales.
