      • Travelers that purchase Land-Only Packages are responsible for ALL their air segments (unless otherwise specified).
      • Land-Only Package travelers are responsible for arrival airport transfer (to hotel) and departure airport transfer (from hotel); Hotel check-in and check-out times vary from hotel to hotel.
      Land with Airfare Package
      • For travelers that select to purchase an Air Package along with the Land Tour Package, a round-trip international economy class air ticket from the gateway city New York and all intra-tour air tickets (if applicable) are included with the tour as per itinerary (except city packages).
      • For departure gateway cities other than New York, please consult your travel agent regarding the US domestic add-on air
      • All government taxes/fees and fuel surcharges associated with airline tickets are included in the advertised airfare and subject to change at any time during the year. Amounts listed are as of the date of printing the brochure.

    Confirmation

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

    Redemption

    • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

    • Cancellation and Refund policy (please read before booking)
      • US$100/person: 120 or more days prior to departure date
      • US$200/person: 75-119 days prior to departure date
      • US$300/person: 30-74 days prior to departure date
      • US$500/person: 15-29 days prior to departure date
      • US$1000/person: 3-14 days prior to departure date
      • 100% of tour fare: within 48 hours prior to departure including no show on the departure date
      • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
    • Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday.
    • While we will make every effort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.
    • We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
