Pricing Policy

All tour schedules are arranged in advance. NO REFUNDS will be given to any customer failing to appear on the departure day.
To display prices, please mouse over the date on the calendar; the relevant cost-per-person will be displayed.

Itinerary

Guests can be picked up at their hotels in the morning. Our first stop of the day will be Windsor Castle, where guests will have the option to look at the State Apartments.

From there, we will travel to the famous Stonehenge, an anthropological mystery that has fascinated people for decades. Here, a special private tour will take us into the ring of stones itself where we can watch the sun dip below the horizon.

At the end of the day, we will return to the departure point for dropoff. There is no hotel dropoff. Please see "Departure and Return Details" for more information.

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 1-2 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance with changes in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The rate that you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against future currency fluctuations; on the other hand, no price adjust (refund) will be made based upon change in tour prices.

Hello! I am booking the Windsor Castle, Oxford & Stonehenge at Sunset Tour but I have several questions. First of all, it says that the full day tour will end no later than 7 pm, but the sun sets later than that time. I am confused if this time is inaccurate because it is a sunset tour. Also, how long will we have at each location? Lastly, I just want to clarify that this tour gets us past the ropes at stonehenge so we can actually walk amongst the rocks correct? Thank you so much!
