    • Buy 2 get 3rd Discounted (3 or 4 pax sharing one room): (1) Price has been adjusted to reflect the discount (2) Cancellation of discounted passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. (3) No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurs $298 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat. (4) Self dismiss of discounted passenger incurs about $100 - $250 penalty fee depending the date you leave.
    • Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).
    Day 1

    Los Angeles (14 miles)

    Today we will gather in Los Angeles. Please meet our tour guide at the Baggage Claim Area of each Terminal. He will be wearing a blue uniform. From there we will transfer to the hotel for checkin. Those who arrive outside the transfer time can take the free shuttle to the hotel on their own.

    All who arrive before 5:00pm (during the winter season, it gets dark early, so the time will be 3:00pm) are invited to take a trip to Santa Monica, CA for an extra fee. The last shuttle available from Santa Monica to Los Angeles is at 9:00pm.

      Santa Monica is a beachfront city in western Los Angeles County, California, US. Santa Monica is home to executives and Hollywood celebrities amongst others and it is a mixture of very affluent, single-family neighborhoods, renters, surfers, young professionals, and students.

      Santa Monica Tour

      Gorgeous seaside Santa Monica is best known for the Santa Monica Pier amusement park and fairgrounds. Guests on this tour can head to the boardwalk or do some upscale shopping at places like the Third Street Promenade!

    Los Angeles - Fashion Outlet - Las Vegas (228 miles)

    In the morning, we will depart from Los Angeles, driving through the Mojave Desert and passing through Barstow. When we reach Las Vegas, we will enjoy lunch and shopping at the Fashion outlets. Guests will also be able to enjoy many optional activities around the city, including the High Roller, a Las Vegas Night Tour, or one of the city's famous shows.

    Early in the morning, we will pass by the Hoover Dam, the tallest dam in the country. Next, we will head to one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the Grand Canyon, where we will walk around to see the best viewpoints. We will travel to both the South Rim and the East Rim. Guests can pay an extra fee to take a helicopter tour or plane tour that will fly them deep into the canyon.(South Rim, East Rim and helicopter tour duration: 4 hours in total)

    Lake Powell - Horseshoe Bend - Antelope Canyon (76 miles)

    In the morning, we will watch the sunrise over Lake Powell. For an extra fee, guests can take a luxurious airplane tour above Lake Powell and the Rainbow Bridge.. Then, we will go to Horseshoe Bend, followed by Antelope Canyon. In the afternoon, we will visit Monument Valley, where guests will have the option of paying an additional fee to take a jeep tour of the area.

      If the Indians, who's the holder of lower Antelope Canyon announces closure of canyon due to the outside temperature reaches 105oF (40oC), we will then use Lake Powell to replace it. Mandatory fees will be refunded which is $33 per person.

      Monument Valley in Arizona is home to exquisite desert scenery and immense geological formations that can be seen for miles around. The valley lies within the range of the Navajo Nation Reservation and is accessible from U.S. Highway 163.

      Monument Valley Jeep Tour

    In the morning, we will visit the world's largest concentration of sandstone arches at Arches National Park. Then we will go to the Four Corners Monument, where the borders of 4 different states intersect. We will enjoy a panoramic view of the Colorado Plateau. At the end of the day, we will go to Gallup.

    In the morning, we will visit the Petrified Forest National Park and spend about 2 hours there. In the afternoon, we will spend 1 hour 30 minutes in Sedona. We will stay overnight in Phoenix.

    Today, we will drive to the Arizona State Capitol and tour the state capital city of Phoenix. Among its shops. there are opportunities to buy electronics, accessories, shoes, cosmetics, fine luggage, and more. In the early evening, we will return to Los Angeles,where the tour will come to an end.       The Arizona State Capitol in Phoenix was the last home for Arizona's Territorial government, until it became a state in 1912. Initially all three branches of the new state government occupied the four floors of the statehouse.

      Redemption

    • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Take tours for details.

    Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • 8-14 days or more prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
    • 4-7 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
