      Order of the itinerary varies depending on day of departure.
      • Departure & Return

      • Airport meeting: Your tour escort will be holding a sign with your name. Domestic arrivals, your tour escort will wait at the baggage claim area/outside of the arrival's (restricted) area. International arrivals, your tour escort will wait just outside of customs exit.
      • Airport Pickup: Complimentary pick up service is available between 8:00am - 10:30pm. Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 3 business days prior to departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense. In case of a flight delay of more than 30 minutes, you will need to proceed to the hotel at your own expense.
      • Flight arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour. Make sure to book a return flight departing from Los Angeles after 9:30pm (domestic flight) or 10:30pm (international flight) on the last day. We highly suggest booking air ticket(s) 1 hour later than suggested time during high season (summer holiday, national holidays).

      • Complimentary roundtrip airport transfers (8:00am - 10:30pm). For any other time, there will be a fee of $65 for first 2 person and $5 for each additional person (up to 6 person).

      • Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 2 - 3 business days.
      • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
      • Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively. Child rates apply to ages 3-9; please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).

      • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

        Redemption

      • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
