From a value for money perspective, given the cost of the tour - it was very competitive. However, it is important that if you choose this tour, you are aware of the following:
1- 99% of the passengers are chinese speaking. The tour guides mainly speaks Chinese and will give you the key information in English.
2 - You will always start early and may have to change buses a few times before you begin your journey.
3 - The stops along the journey as well as the dining options will mostly cater to the chinese food. So your main options to eat will only be chinese food.
4 - The actual itinerary was very different from the one published on the website.
Our Tour overall good, bus is comfort, tour guide very helpful (Mr.Johnson & Mr.Chan),place to visit are completed ..we enjoyed our holiday with take tour, thank you.
The trip was good but my suggestion for the tour operator is please provide a tour guide who can speak good English. It was quite difficult for us to understand the way the guide spoke. Also the details shown in your web site are different to what the actual tour operator has shown but they are only a few changes.
Overall the trip was enjoyed by our family.
Tour was overall good. Bus was comfortable. Tour guide was warm, helpful and professional. Could not go to Grand Canyon due to inclement weather but that was not the tour operator's fault. No remedy was made by the tour operator for not being able to go to Grand Canyon though.
