    Today, guests will gather in Los Angeles, where the tour guide will meet them in the Baggage Claim Area of the Los Angeles International Airport (domestic flights) or at the ATM machine of LAX International exit lobby (international flights). From there we will transfer to our hotel for check-in.

    • Airport meeting: Your tour escort will be holding a sign with your name. Domestic arrivals, your tour escort will wait at the baggage claim area/outside of the arrival's (restricted) area. International arrivals, your tour escort will wait just outside of customs exit.
    • Airport Pickup: Complimentary pick up service is available between 9:00am - 10:00pm. Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 3 business days prior to departure; otherwise, you are required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense. In case of a flight delay of more than 30 minutes, you will need to proceed to the hotel at your own expense.
    • Flight arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour. Make sure to book a return flight departing from Los Angeles after 9:30pm (domestic flight) or 10:30pm (international flight) on the last day. We highly suggest booking air ticket(s) 1 hour later than suggested time during high season (summer holiday, national holidays).

    • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
