Pricing Policy

Cancellation of discounted passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure.
The discounted fare passenger need to pay $40
No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurs $268 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
Discounted price is not applicable on special holidays.

DAY1 Los Angeles - Phoenix - Saguaro National Park - Tucson (523 miles)

Morning depart for Phoneix, the capital city of Arizona (Home of the winter sun), visit state capital and downtown. Travel to Tucson.

DAY2 Tucson - White Sand National Monument - El Paso

After breakfast, we shall proceed to the White Sand National Monument in New Mexico. This is an amazing area of countless miles of pure white sand dunes. Roaming among the dunes, feeling the sand, and taking photographs will provide you with lifetime memories of this wonder of the world.

Deluxe Hotel: Holiday Inn/La Quinta El Paso, TX or similar

DAY3 El Paso - Carlsbad Cavern - Guadalupe - Tucson (316 miles)

In the morning we pass along the Rocky Mountain to arrive at Carlsbad Cavern. After lunch in the park, we shall be able to walk down into the cavern or take the elevator, if you prefer. The interior of the cavern is approximately 73 square miles, making it one of the largest and deepest caverns in the world. The many different kinds of stalactites, stalagmites, and columns found here are both beautiful and amazing. By evening we are going to drive along the Guadalupe National Park, return to Tucson for the night.

DAY4 Tucson - Desert Museum - Saguaro National Park - Los Angeles (525 miles)

Go to the Desert Museum in the morning, then proceed to Saguaro National Park, where you will be amazed by the huge-size saguaros all over the park. In the evening we return to Los Angeles concluding this amazing tour.

Flight arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour, when you book the flight for this package, make sure the flight departure time on the last day, leaving Los Angeles, is after 9:00 pm.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Child Rate: Child rates apply to ages 3-9. Infant under 2 years old is free of charge. Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum 4 guests (adults and children).

Visitors to Mexico:

US Citizens: Photo I.D. is required and a passport is recommended or US birth certificate for re-entry into USA. Parents traveling with children are recommended to bring birth certificates.
Non-US Citizens: A passport, I-94 card or resident alien card is required. Additional paperwork might apply for visitors. Please advise your local immigration office/embassy to ensure multiple entries into the US is allowed. The tour or bus company is unable to wait for tour participants detained or delay out of the normal wait times.

Terms & Condition

Ticket Confirmation: Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. If booking is within 30 days of arrival date, please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.
Ticket Redemption: You will receive an email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

4	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

5	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

6	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc. Also, we rotate seats on each traveling day.

7	Do I need to pick up a physical ticket?

No. You do not. E-Ticket will be automatically emailed to you after you complete your booking online. All you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout of eTicket you receive to board the scheduled bus.

8	Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

9	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?

You will find an electronic brochure for each tour on our website describing all activities and itineraries. Printed brochures are not available. If you do not find adequate information about a tour on our website, please contact our online help. Contact customer support

10	How to cancel this tour?

If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy first and then e-mail to support@gotobus.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply in one business day, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.
