Day 1

Los Angeles - Grand Canyon West Rim (510 miles)

In the morning we will depart for the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, arriving around 4:00pm. After we check in at the hotel, we will visit Eagle Point for a breathtaking view of the canyon and the Colorado River below. From here we will move on to the famous glass-bottomed Grand Canyon Skywalk Bridge,* and then to Guano Point. After we return to the ranch, a dinner of BBQ ribs will be served along with a live country-western music show. After dinner, join us for a campfire party in front of the Grand Canyon, followed by karaoke to top off the evening.

Grand Canyon

Grand Canyon West Rim: The Grand Canyon West area, not far east of Las Vegas, NV, is located on the Hualapai Native American reservation. Activities include the famous Skywalk Bridge, as well as tours of the surrounding canyon area.

Admission (Mandatory): Adult $95; Child $95
Skywalk Glass Bridge: The Skywalk Glass Bridge is a one-of-a-kind experience that put you 4,000 feet in the air over the grand canyon. The transparent, horseshoe-shaped bridge can withstand winds in excess of 100MPH and can hold the weight of seventy-one 747s.

Day 2

Grand Canyon West - Las Vegas (307 miles)

After breakfast, we will take a thirty-minute Wagon Ride around the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. We will then head toward Las Vegas. Once we arrive, guests will be free to explore America's entertainment capital at their leisure. In addition, guests will have the option to take a night tour* of the city, where we will explore the city’s night life and watch a best-selling Las Vegas show.*

The Grand Canyon is often considered one of the seven wonders of the world, it offers one of the most spectacular examples of erosion which cannot be found anywhere else in the world.

Nicknamed 'Sin City' and the Entertainment Capital of the World, Las Vegas is situated in the midst of the southern Nevada desert landscape. The city has giant mega-casino hotels, decorated with lavish care and attention to detail to create a fantasy-like atmosphere.

Las Vegas - Tanger Outlets - Los Angeles (266 miles)

On our way back to Los Angeles, we'll stop at the Tanger Outlets in Barstow, CA. After, we will continue on our way to Los Angeles, where we will arrive in the evening.

Tanger Outlet Center: The Tanger Factory Outlet Center in Barstow, California offers designer wares at bargain prices. Stores at the outdoor complex include Guess, Nike, Nine West, Banana Republic, Polo Ralph Lauren, Timberland, Coach, and many more, with even more to come.

Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Child Rate: Child rates apply to ages 3-9. Infant under 2 years old is free of charge. Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum 4 guests (adults and children).
Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used

Ticket Confirmation: Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. If booking is within 30 days of arrival date, please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.
Ticket Redemption: You will receive an email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?
The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 3 stars, and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.
Where will we have meals in this tour?
Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.
Can I change my seats on the bus?
For the short-term tour, Seats are allotted on first book first served basis; For the tour smore than 4 days, the seats are rotated by your tour guide everyday so that everyone has the chance to sit front, middle, and back of the bus. We can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc.
Can I change the information for the travelers or add more travelers after booking?
Please send us the inquiry or Contact customer support. We will process your inquiries in 1 to 2 business days. You could add more travelers as long as there are seats available for the tour.
Where are the pick-up locations of tours?
Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.
Could you arrange the airport transfer if we arrive early or staying late?
The complimentary airport transfer would be provided accordingly if you extend the same hotel for tour which has the airport transfer services.
How to select and pay the optional admission fee?
It should be paid upon arrival. Please bring cash for optional admission fees, meals, as well as tips to tour guide
Is there any restroom in the bus? would you make any stop for the long bus trip?
There is a restroom in the bus. Moreover, the bus driver will stop every two hours in the rest area where you could purchase some food and relax.
How to cancel this tour?
If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy of the tour under Redemption and Policies tab and then e-mail to support@taketours.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply in one business day, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.
Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?
We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.
Can you send me a brochure for this tour?

If we chose to add an additional night in Las Vegas to extend this trip by one night would we still be able to travel back via the bus that would usually bring customers back to LA the previous day? Or would we have to make our own way back to LA?

Sorry,the transfer service is only available on Day 1 and Day 3, and please note the order of activities may changed by tour operator, the final itinerary will be confirmed by tour operator 1 day before the tour date,we are not sure now, but if no change in itinerary, you can dismiss this tour early, please tell the tour guide in advance. We were promptly picked up at our hotel on the day of departure. They take you from the hotel to another ocation where you board the bus to your destination (some people are going either to Vegas or the Grand Canyon South), so they split you up according to where you go. The buses are airconditioned with plush oversized seats; very comfortable. The bus to your destination has a driver and tour guide. We loved our tour guide and all of the new friends on the bus. The tour guide gave us information on our sightseeing all the way there. The first night we went to Vegas. We paid the extra $25 for the night tour. It was very worth it. They took us to all of the major shows and highlighted spots in Vegas. We did not have to walk around in the 120 degree heat except from the bus to the location. Fremont street was incredible and if we hadnt taken the night tour, we would not have seen it. It is a no miss. We left Vegas and stopped sat the Etle M chocolte factory and cactus garden. I enjoyed the garden there the most. After that we went to lunch at a Chinese Buffet restaruant. The food was very good. We drove to grand canyon next which was about 2.5 hours away, but it did not seem that long at all because of the informative tour your guide gives the entire way. The grand canyon West was more than i had imagined. Our rooms were nice, but slightly rustic and appropriate since we were spending the night in the middle of the grand canyon. Everythin there was free. Free food. Unlimited drinks and horserides. Cowboys taught everyone how to shoot a pistol and bow and arrow. The ranch is set up as an old ghost town and was very nice. We juourney to the Eagle point view of Grand Canyon the first night and that view was vreathtaking, but after that they take you to Guano Point to watch a 360 degree view of the canyon, sunset and view of the colorado. There are no words to describe the beauty!. This trip is spectacular. You will not be disapointed. We traveled on it as a family of four and everyone was left breathless at the canyon. One recomendation though is to bring sunglasses and sunscreen. We loved our tour guide and the driver works just as hard. Wonderful!

My brother and I took this tour mid January 2013, our tour guide (We called him Al) was a very nice guy, professional and friendly. I found this tour on the internet, first I was skeptical because it almost didn't make sense to have all this for only $165 (bus ride + hotel + guide) but after reading the reviews I kept my fingers crossed and booked the tour. The overnight stay at "Hualapai ranch" was one of those experiences that I would love to go back, everyone was friendly and they made a camp fire, told us stories and we had smores :) they even told us the story behind the name. It was amazing, I'm glad we picked it, THANK YOU so much take tours for planning such a great tour. I wish you had more tours from Toronto going to US. looking forward to my next tour with this company.

Hualapai Ranch was really good. I recommend the trip by helicopter and boat,was awesome! The skywalk wasnt to good.

The pickup was very confusing and the driver didn't answer our questions.Once in the bus he told us to sit down and be quiet like we were in school. We were not told that we would be taken to headquarters before we took our correct tour bus. At headquarters there were 2 bathrooms for 200+ people, the line was out the door into the street. It was difficult to find the correct bus and nobody could tell us where to go. Once we started the trip though it was fantastic.We were given a set amount of time to do things but given the amount that we saw and did it was a fantastic tour for its price.My highlight was the skywalk and horseriding. Disappointed that the night tour was cancelled due to lack of participants, was not warned about that beforehand. I was also not aware that the Jubilee show involved so much nudity. Despite the negative points I highly enjoyed the trip, the people at Hualapei Ranch were fantastic and I have memories that will never be forgotten.

The trip was excellent, had a really good time, the sunset & sunrise at Grand Canyon were the best part and of course the skywalk was remarkable.

My boy and I had a blast. Hualapai Ranch was awsome, loved waking up to see the sunrise. Plus, the cowboys/girls were really nice and friendly. The Skywalk was gnarly, not for the faint of heart though. I strongly recommned getting on the helicopter
