    Pricing Policy

    • Buy 2 get 3rd Discounted (3 or 4 pax sharing one room): (1) Cancellation of discounted-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. (2) No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurs $758 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat. Promotion not available during 12/19 - 12/31.
    • Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 0-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).

    Hometown - Las Vegas

    Guests have a variety of options in terms of how they get to Las Vegas. First, they can take a tour bus from San Francisco with an onboard guide. Second, they can fly there directly, though their airfare is not included in the tour price. The third option is to take the express bus from Los Angeles. Alternatively, they can arrive in Las Vegas on their own. The group will meet in the lobby of Harrah's Las Vegas (3475 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109).

    Las Vegas - Sedona - Petrified Forest National Park - Gallup (394 miles)

    Today we will make our way into Arizona, stopping to see Historic Route 66 on our way to Petrified Forest National Park. We will then do some sightseeing in the Painted Desert before heading to Gallup, NM for the night.

    From year 2017, we will visit the beautiful and spiritual red rock country Sedona instead of Petrified Forest National Park.

    In the morning, we will visit the Lake Powell, where guests will have the chance to take a Boat Tour of the lake. Then visit Horseshoe Bend. From there, we will ride on jeeps to the Upper Antelope Canyon and learn about Native American culture. After all, we will head back into Utah to visit the town of Kanab, UT and see Little Hollywood Land. We will spend the night in Bryce.

    Today we will visit two of Utah's most famous nature preserves, Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park. After exploring these natural wonders, we will head into Nevada, where we will spend the night in Las Vegas. Upon our arrival in Vegas, guests are invited to take an exciting night tour of the city.

    Grand Canyon North Rim (Bright Angel Point) will only open from 5/15-10/15, we will replace Grand Canyon North Rim with Zion National Park while North Rim closed or due to uncertain driving condition.

    • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
    • A mandatory service fees total of $8 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $8 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $32.
    • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

    • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
    • Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.

      Redemption

    • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    • Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
      • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
      • Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount.
      • Cancellations received within 8-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 30% per person.
      • Cancellations received within 4-7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
      • Cancellations received Within 3 Days prior to departure or no show will incur a 100% per person.
      • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
      • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
      • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
