    Fort Lauderdale - Miami (27 miles)

    Guests will be picked up from either the Miami or Fort Lauderdale airport as they arrive. Alternatively, they can be picked up at either city's port. Guests will meet their guide at the baggage claim area. Those who arrive before 12 pm will have a chance to travel to either the Dolphin Mall or the Aventura Mall for some shopping (shopping time between 12 pm to 8 pm). They are also invited to take a special Night Tour of the trendy South Beach neighborhood (for an additional price of $35 per person, minimum 2 passengers).

    Miami - Key West - Miami (259 miles)

    Today we will tour the city of Key West, FL. This island in the Florida Keys is the southernmost city in the continental United States. It is loved by tourists internationally for its idyllic Caribbean waters, warm and cozy weather, and stretches of white beaches. To get there, we must cross the Seven Mile Bridge. We will have the chance to visit Ernest Hemingway's House, who was very fond of this area. Then, we will shop for souvenirs on Duval Street and at the Marina Marketplace. We will leave Key West at about 5pm and return to Miami for the night.

      Seven Mile Bridge

      Anyone who plans on driving to Key West needs to cross this bridge to do so. Finalized in 1912, this bridge connects Key West to mainland Florida, and has been featured in several movies.

      Hemingway House

      The Ernest Hemingway Home & Museum in Key West was the famous author's home for almost ten years and was where he wrote some of his famous works. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1968.

    Miami - Everglades National Park - Miami (118 miles)

    In the morning we will visit Everglades National Park, where we will have the chance to take an Airboat Ride. Later in the day we will tour Miami, where we will see the Biltmore Hotel (from outside), the Cuban district of Little Havana, and cap things off with a pleasant Biscayne Bay Cruise. After that, we will get to explore the famous Art Deco District in Miami Beach.

      The Everglades National Park of Southern Florida is a beautiful area that is most easily navigated on an airboat ride that cruises through the swamp channels. An Everglades Safari Park showcases the local wildlife and Miami is the nearest city.

      The "big board" and headquarters of the NYSE is located at the heart of Wall Street, in a distinctive classical-style building that is both a National Historic Landmark and a member of the National Register of Historic Places.

      Charging Bull

      This bronze sculpture that sits at the northern tip of New York's Bowling Green Park is ready to strike! It was commissioned to represent the "strength and power of the American people" after the stock market crashed in 1987.

      Trinity Church

      Built in the mid-1800s, Trinity Church (also called St. Paul's Chapel) is the oldest public building that is in continuous use in NYC. The current church is the third on this site; the first Trinity Church was built in 1698.

      United Nations

      This building in New York City has served as the global headquarters of the United Nations since 1952. The area has extraterritoriality status, meaning it is technically not bound by the laws of New York or even the United States.

Next, we will depart for historic Philadelphia, PA to visit National Independence Park, where we will see Congress Hall and the Liberty Bell. (According to the traffic, weather and time of the day, guests may have chance to visit One Liberty Observation Deck, which is the only observation deck in Philadelphia).Before leaving Pennsylvania, we will drive to Lancaster, in the heart of Amish Country, where we will visit an Amish Farm and House. We will spend the night in Washington, D.C.

    We will spend the the day touring Washington, DC. Our first stop of the day will be the US Capitol (If the Capitol Hill is closed due to certain factors, we will only visit it from outside). Sunday will be closed. Though the White House is closed to visitors, we will still be able to take photographs of its exterior. Highlights of the tour include an optional Potomac River Cruise and visits to all of the major monuments, such as the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam War Memorial, and Korean War Memorial. We will also delight in visits to the National Air and Space Museum and Madame Tussaude Wax Museum.

      The capital of the United States of America sits on the scenic Potomac River. Monuments, museums, and Americana characterize this historic city, which is located in the District of Columbia between the states of Maryland and Virginia.

      US Capitol

      The Thomas Jefferson Memorial is a memorial to the third president of the United States. The impressive building is neoclassical in design and has been standing since 1943. It sees more than two million visitors every year. It's only available during the Cherry Blossom time.

      One of the Smithsonian Institute's museums in Washington, DC, the National Air and Space Museum chronicles the history of flight. From the Wright Brother to Buzz Aldrin, the exhibits at this museum explore all of humanity's air travels.

    Today, we will head north to visit the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, NY. We will then continue to Niagara Falls, where we will ride the famous Maid of the Mist cruise, although this will be closed in the winter. We will also see the Adventure IMAX. If there is time, we can also take an impressive Jet Boat ride on the Niagara River. After that, we can choose to either explore the area on our own or take an in-depth tour that visits Whirlpool State Park and Old Fort Niagara. At dusk, we will see the exciting Native American Dance Show.

      Corning is a city in Steuben County, New York, United States, on the Chemung River. The population was 11,183 at the 2010 census. It is named for Erastus Corning, an Albany financier and railroad executive who was an investor in the company that developed the community.

      Corning Museum of Glass

    Driving along the Erie Canal in upstate New York, we will continue our journey to Boston, MA. Here, we will tour the campuses of Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After that, we will pass Trinity Church, the Hancock Building, Boston Common, the Public Garden, the Boston Athenaeum, while overlooking the golden dome of the Massachusetts State House. In the evening, we will enjoy a delicious Lobster Dinner.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    • If requested 10 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deductions of all hotels, air tickets, credit card processing fee and any expenses incurred.
    • If requested is in between 3 days to 10 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deduction of 50% of tour price, as well as hotel, air tickets and any expenses incurred.
    • If requested within 3 days from the tour departure date, no refund will be allowed.
    • If customer chose to discontinue tour before the tour is finished or miss any part of the tour, no refund would be allowed. In addition, it is the client own responsibilities for all consequences arises from an early termination of the tour.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
    • If any personal factor (Missing travel documents, being late, sickness, accident etc.) resulted customer not to attend the tour or to discontinue the tour, there would be no refund and any make up service. Our company has no responsibility for customer?s any activity since the termination of the tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour..
