    After guests have been picked up at the specified departure location, we will begin this tour of Milan. We will visit one of the most famous Renaissance paintings in the world: The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, near the Church of Santa Maria della Grazie. Next, we will proceed to the Sforza Castle followed by a stop at Piazza della Scalla and its celebrated theater. We will then proceed to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and conclude the tour at the unforgettable Duomo: the third largest church in the world. Afterwards, the tour will end.       This city in the northernmost part of Italy is a global center for fashion and design. Its artistic history dates back hundreds and hundreds of years; places like Santa Maria delle Grazie are decorated with Leonardo da Vinci's work.

      Santa Maria delle Grazie

      This church and Dominican convent in Milan was built in 1469. It is most for containing "The Last Supper," the iconic painting by Leonardo da Vinci, located in the convent's refectory.

      Sforza Castle

      Sforza Castle
      This castle in the northern reaches of Italy was built by Francesco Sforza in the 1400s. As it underwent renovations in the ensuing centuries, it became one of the largest citadels in Europe. Today is is home to several museums.

      Teatro alla Scala

      Usually known simply as "La Scala," this Milanese theater is a world-renown opera house that was founded in 1778. Premieres at the theater include Giacomo Puccini's "Madame Butterfly," among a litany of others. It underwent major renovations in the early 2000s.

      The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is one of the world's oldest shopping malls, dating back to 1877. This dramatic building features exclusive, upscale stores as well as some of the oldest shops and restaurants in the city.

      Duomo
      Milan's cathedral is the largest in all of Italy and the fifth largest in the world. The groundbreaking occurred in 1386; however, construction was not completed until 1965. Visitors can access the rooftops, which provide amazing views of the city.
