    • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 yrs old. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses. Children sharing a room with 2 adult passengers pay the same price as a third or fourth adult. Please note that each hotel room can only accommodate up to 4 guests of any age.

    New York (9 miles)

    Today, guests will arrive at one of the there major airports in the New York City Area (JFK, LGA, EWR), where they will be met by a tour guide at the baggage claim. There is a complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA before 3:00pm have the option to tour the Flushing, Queens at their own leisure, we'll provided free left-luggage so that you can go to Sky View Center much easily. Those arriving at EWR before 12:00 can go to the Jersey Garden Outlets Mall for an additional $10. All who arrive before 4:30pm can join an optional Night Tour of the city.

    Today, we will drive to Philadelphia to see Independence National Park, the location of Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Afterwards, we will continue on our way to Washington DC to visit the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and the Korean War Memorial. We can also take some photos of the exteriors of the White House and the US Capitol. Then, we will visit the National Air and Space Museum, followed by a Potomac River Cruise, during which we will see the Washington Monument, the World War II Memorial, and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial.

    Today, we will drive north to Corning, NY to visit the Corning Museum of Glass. Then, we will continue to Niagara Falls to watch the IMAX Adventure. Afterwards, guests can explore on their own or take an in-depth tour of the area that visits places like Whirlpool State Park and Old Fort Niagara. At dusk, we will see the exciting Thundering Water Cultural Show.

After lunch at Quincy Market, we will drive south to New York City and shopping at Fifth Avenue. Nighttime Broadway performances can be arranged, although transportation and tickets will be at the guest's own expense.

    Our morning tour of New York City will take us to the neighborhood of Harlem, where we will visit the Columbia University and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Then, we will head to Times Square to see firsthand the world-famous New Year's Eve Countdown. Cheer with the entire world as the ball drops!

    Free airport drop-off service is available after countdown event.

    After the end of the countdown, guests can choose to return to the hotel to rest or enjoy a free drop-off service directly to the three major airports (LGA / JFK / EWR), taking flight after 4:00 AM on 1 January 2017, only if the room is not occupied on that night (count by room), Tour fee does not change. If room is occupying, and drop-off service is needed for guests who shared the room, will be charged $20/person, tour guides will accept applications.

    Lion Country Safari - Palm Beach - West Palm Beach - Fort Lauderdale - Home (114 miles)

    In the morning, guests will have the chance to experience real wild life at the Lion Country Safari. After that, we will go to West Palm Beach to visit the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum. We will be able to spend some time on Worth Avenue, an upscale shopping district. In the afternoon, we will visit Fort Lauderdale. We will play on Fort Lauderdale Beach. At the end of the day, guests will be sent to the airport for their departure flights. Guests who booked their flights between 2:00PM and 6:00PM will not go to West Palm Beach.     The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.

    Cancellation penalties per person for tours last 5 or more days(Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    • 8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • 1-7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
