The bus tour will begin by traveling to the Thousand Islands region (American side).* After a 1000 Islands Boat Cruise on Alexandria Bay, we will travel to our hotel, where we will arrive around 8:00 pm.

Available for departures from Apr thru Nov. The Thousand Islands is an archipelago at the Canada-U.S. border from the northeast corner of Lake Ontario. They stretch for about 50 miles. The U.S. islands are in the state of New York and the Canadian islands are in Ontario. The smaller islands only have single residences.

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 24 hours before departure.Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. Do we need a Canadian Visa for this tour?
No. This tour covers the view of the Niagara Falls from the US side. The tour does not go to Canadian side. Therefore, no Canadian visa is needed.

What is the "Buy 2 Get 3rd Free" promotion?
We currently offer Buy 2 get 3rd Free promotion and the rate in the shopping cart has been adjusted automatically to reflect this discount. If you have 3 people sharing one room, when booking online, you need to enter 3 people so you will get three seats and one room. There's no difference for adult rate and child rate. How to select and pay the optional admission fee?
Optional activities admission fee is not included in the tour price, but the tour guide will arrange activities for passengers during the tour. If passengers are interested in activities,they can pay cash directly to the tour guide on the tour.

How can I make pre/post tour hotel reservations?
When booking the tour online, under "Price a Trip, Book now", you will find an option - "Do you need to extend hotel stay?" By clicking on "Yes" you can enter the date you need for extended hotel and decide the hotel option.

Where will we have meals in this tour?
Meals are not included in the tour price but the tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally the tour stops at shopping plaza or food court where passengers can see a few options and decide their own meals. For breakfast, if the hotel has complimentary service, the tour guide will inform passengers upon check-in.

Is there any vegetarian or Indian food options provided in this tour?
The places where we make stops for meals have different variety of food selections including vegetarian options. At Niagara Falls there are several Indian restaurants, where passengers can choose from.

Where can I park my car?
There's a parking within walking distance from the Manhattan pick-up location. The parking address is 38 Bowery St,New York, NY 10013. The parking fee is $45 for overnight parking. There's no parking service in Edison (Kam Man Food Inc) and Parsippany (Top Quality Food Market)in NJ. The stores do not allow parking. There's some free street parking space nearby. But the space availability is not guaranteed.

Where are the pick-up locations of tours?
Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is a link to a map online as well. Also, e-Ticket will include full pick-up time and location information. Once the booking is done online, you will receive eTicket in your email.

To be fair to everyone, the tour rotates seats everyday.

How do I recognize the bus and the tour guide at the location?
For local tours, please arrive at the pick-up location stated on your eTicket 20 minutes in advance. The tour bus will have the name of the trip placed on the bus front window.
For tours with airport pick up. Airport greet and meet: Your tour escort will be wearing a yellow uniform and holding a sign with your name. Domestic arrivals, your tour escort will wait at the baggage claim area/outside of the arrival's (restricted) area. International arrivals, your tour escort will wait just outside of customs exit. -
Do I need to pick up a physical ticket?
No. You do not. E-Ticket will be automatically emailed to you after you complete your booking online. All you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout of eTicket you receive to board the scheduled bus.

Thanks for your inquiry. 1000 Islands is available from April to November. For the winter months (Nov 14th-Apr), the tour will take you to Howe Caverns in Upstate NY.

| It was a really nice trip, and for the distance covered and limited time, I think we've seen quite a bit. The thousand Islands tour was beautiful and rather funny (due to the guide's humor), and 'bathroom stops' just about frequent enough. The night's accommodation met and exceeded our expectations, we had a short but wonderful night's sleep! And breakfast was provided in the morning, which was a nice surprise. We do wish there were more food options available during lunch stops rather than one open buffet and no other diners around. Also, our bus' guide's English was not perfect, so for someone who has trouble understanding accents or can't handle broken grammar, it might be an issue. Oh, and the admission fees were collected all at once at the beginning of the trip, so I'm not sure if there's an option of choosing only some of the attractions and omitting others... so the trip's price after all is around $190 plus food. Overall, if you're pressed for time and really want to see the Falls, go for it! | ||

| BAD PART: We took a trip on 14th n 15th July Weekend to Niagra from new York. We were told to report at 8am in morning. Around 9am we were told that trip is cancelled because bus was broken, they said that they will refund the whole trip amount and nothing else. Adding to the frustration they said to passengers that you can do anything, either call the police or sue them. They cannot help us.The bad thing was their management part which they didn't knew how to take care of. Around 10am they said that a bus might come around 11:30 but still they were not sure about it and in this confusion more than half of the tourists left. The sad thing was that people planned this trip months ago in advance and some of them came from California, Texas. Even I came from Maryland and my return ticket was on Sunday night which I booked according to schedule and they said that they will refund only ticket for journey. GOOD PART: a bus came around 11:30 after 3.3 hours delay. Our tour guide Lio was nice. They changed the schedule and we wnet to Corning glass museum instead of 1000 islands(I booked the ticket only to sit in a cruise n click pictures instead of watching that boring museum). we reached hotel at 10pm and were asked to start at 5:45 in the morning. Hotel was decent n nice. The next morning we came to Niagra falls. tour guide told about its history and we spent almost 4 hours there and went to Maid of the Mist ride. | ||

| This tour was good, the accommodation was pretty good and the lunch places wasn't so good, but I could eat.
I think that two points were bad:
1- The bus wasn't too confortable (my boyfriend couldn't find a space for his legs);
2- We didn't go to the Caverns, as the booked tour said. Actually, when there is snow in the Caverns, the tour can't go there. So, it happens always. Dear Cecilia,
The tour usually goes to Howe Cavern between November and March. Due to Winter Storm Saturn, the humidity accumulation makes the inside road very slippery, so the tour guide decided not to do the visit for safety reason as the cavern also notified all tours about the inside condition. For the bus leg room, the standard coach's leg room may not have enough space for some passengers. We have informed the tour guide to assist in seating to better accommodate passengers.

| Great Tour. Very Good Hotel Accomodations. The tour was bit hectic. But overall it was fine. I think the trip to Cave of the Winds should be added to every Niagara tour package as it is a very good attaraction. Looking forward to booking another tour in coming weeks! | ||

| We had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this to a friend! Our tour guide was very fun and friendly and she did a very good job making sure we stayed on time. We skipped the option of going to the power dam and Fort Niagara so we had a lot of time to walk around and explore the falls, and I appreciated that we were allowed to do this. The buffet restaurant we went to for dinner the first night was tasty and only $15 per person, with a lot to chose from! My only disappointments were that the power outlets on the bus were not working (16 hours is a lot of time on a bus and I had been planning to do homework), and while the hotel was very nice our room kinda smelled like feet. Nothing against the tour company, though. Overall it was a nice hotel! Thanks for a great/affordable trip! | ||

| I really like this tour. For the money that this company charges, you can't find a better deal. The bus was clean and nice, and the hotel is great (with a swimming pool). It was a little bit a hassle but totally understandable because of the distance. We got caught in traffit and didn't return until 10:30pm to China Town. My only complaint is that at the last place, the Niagara Fall, since we don't have any more places to catch up to, why can't we stay there for 2 more hours? We returned late anyway. If we could have a little bit more time at the last place, I am sure no one will complain about the rushing before. | ||

| A MUST VISIT PLACE Niagara falls is just sooo beautiful than anyone wud hv ever imagined. Make sure to plan ur travel well in advance wit 'Taketours', they offer good packages, rather than missing out on the deals. This is a long travel, find ur group to hv more fun n kill time thru the journey. Plan ur clothing acc to the season & tour schedule. U can also check wit the tour guide in advance if the days of visit were gonna be exchanged due to any reasons. ex: 1000 islands durin early summer would require a light jacket. Wear shorts & tee for maid of mist & cave of winds tour. No long booty jeans or long sleeves. u would get drenched. You can also carry extra pair in case u need to change. Night view of the falls is an amazing view to glimpse. tours r perfectly timed to cover everything tat is necessary. night view, maid of mist & cave of winds is a must visit Im sure you wouldn't have imagined to drench under the most voluminous fall of the world.:):) we had an opportunity to hv delicious indian meal, which made our tour a pleasing affair. we all hogged like hungry dogs of a week:P stays offered by take tours is more than expected.its truly 3 starred. choose ur package of 2+1 or find companions; it works out better as tourists. | ||

| Niagara Falls is beautiful. Hotel at Rochester is much much better than we expected, thumbs up. Mainly Chinese PRCs and Indians in the tour group, join only if u r ok with their presence. Some friends from Arizona were singing and talking loudly through out the 8 hrs journey, disturbing those who are resting. Tour Guide is friendly, funny and helpful in the beginning and after service charge and tips are given, silence is all we got. For the price we paid, i must say i am satisfied. | ||

| The first day was alright, but the real killer came during the second day. There was a huge delay in the transportation - apparently the bus driver supposed to send us back to NY didn't have some required permit and was stopped by the police. The same driver missed the highway exit and caused us further delay as well. Reached NY back at 11:15 pm, ~3 hrs behind the scheduled time. The latest check in time for my hostel is 11 pm, go figure out the rest. | ||

Unfortunately it was rainy and cold when we cruised on the 1000 Islands, but the view was still nice. The guide didnt take us to creepy buffet places but let us choose what we wanted to eat in shopping centres. But I have to say nothing good to eat in the food court of Niagara Falls. The hotel was clean, which is the most important to me. | ||

| The trip overall was great! The Pros The attractions were AMAZING and we got to see everything that we were promised. We stayed pretty close to schedule and they were pretty good about keeping the group together. They tried to be accommodating at all times. Ms. Lucky our driver was very sweet. Becky our "guide" was good about keeping everyone in check. The Cons. The number one Caveat: The attractions and tips cost $59 on top of what you pay online. You pay once you're on the bus. Ultimately I think this is fair. However I wish they would have mentioned it the description. They should tell you upfront. Also, you need to pay in cash on your way there. Overall they're pretty rough around the edges. The tour guide (more of an organizer than a guide) on the bus was nice but could have been a bit warmer in the way she directed the group. She was very harsh when it came to make sure people got to places on time (it seemed to work but she needed more TLC). Little details that they can learn from and improve. The Transportation Was pretty basic. It's a charter bus with not much leg room I'm about 5'11" and I just fit. Not very comfy for an 8 hour bus ride. Also the DVD player kept messing up so we didn't really get to see a full movie beginning to end which was frustrating. Children crying on the way back was not fun. Many people took their children and it was a chorus of restless children after about 20 hours on a bus in 2 days. Can't blame the poor kids but it was pretty bad. There was a hint of curry in the air the whole time too. Hotel It was a basic Days Inn. No frills but fine. You're only going to sleep there for about 5-6 hours anyway. Overall, Not having to drive and cramming so much into one weekend makes this tour worth it. Yes it's not perfect and Yes it could improve, But my parents were very satisfied and I probably wouldn't have been as efficient if I tried to make this trip work without Taketours especially as a 2 day trip. If you're a Diva I don't recommend it. Otherwise GO FOR IT! | ||

| Went on this trip to niagara falls with my wife as part of our yearly travel routine. The day started with the bus driver being late for an hour due to bad traffic from NJ to NYC, however our driver and tour leader (Jinelle) did everything possible to keep the tour group on schedule and we managed to catch our 3:30pm 1000 island ferry. ;-) This trip is fun and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip especially the maid of the mist @ the falls. Jinelle was very sweet and she took initiative to even buy a can of aerosol spray air freshener to "freshen up" the bathroom at the back of the coach bus for fear that the passengers in the rear may experience discomfort! I believe this was out of her own pocket. Nice touch and for a pro-active staff. Unfortunately on the last day of the tour, 3 Hispanic members of our tour group insisted that their package was already inclusive of the $6/day payable for both the driver and tour leader as a form of gratuity and service fee. These were clearly spelt out clearly in the Terms and conditions on the website and our contract however the guy turned nasty and threatened to call 911 to hold up our coach. In the end Jinelle voluntarily opted to forfeit her share of the service fee even though the passengers were of the thought the 3 Hispanic passengers ought to pay like the rest of the cohort. Apart from this everythhing was fun and went as planned! Defnitely recommend this | ||

The guide and the bus driver were very friendly .They were honest, caring and straight forward that made travel dreams a reality.There was never a problem; never a glitch; never even a late connection anywhere. It was a Friendship Tour. Thanks to your staff for everything they did during the tour. After seeing the fall and inhaling and soaking in the mist it is confirmed that Niagara is really one the wonders of the world. The boat tours originating from the waterfront was found a great way to get a close-up view of the islands. The 1000 Islands is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen.The fresh and cool outdoors inspired the spirit and led to ecstacy and bliss.Those were the real enchanted moments we have enjoyed during the tour. At the beginning of the tour, the guide tried to explain the itinerary of the tour but could not follow accurately the details. Barring unforeseen reasons tentative itinerary of the tour right from starting to end covering all events like stops for rest room,cofee,lunch,dinar seeing the site for so many minutes etc should be prepared and copy handed over to each tourist. It should also bear the names of guide and driver for the sake of clarity. | ||

| The tour was splendid and was worth the trip for Niagara. Tommy, our guide, did a good job and handled everything perfectly. The stops made for refreshment were equally spaced which gave a relief sitting idle in the bus for many hours. The accomodation at Holiday Inn was also satisfactory. One concern, however, was that we had to reach Edison, take the shuttle, reach New York for the final bus to Niagara which again passed near Edison. There were almost all people in the bus from edison, if the buses could have been arranged directly from Edison-Niagara and back that would have saved much time. In all the trip was good and recommendable to all. | ||

She was constantly providing us the updates by talking to her counterparts in the travel office and entertained well. The food stops are good with variety of options. | The strong organization and the amazing impression from the falls are the winning aspects of this tour. Also, it's cheaper and easier to arrange than an independent trip. The transit is rather tiresome, as expected, but totally worth it. Yet some minor annoyances may need to be known in advance: the toilet on the bus is to be used in emergency only, and the tour schedule allowed for less than a 6-hour sleep in the hotel. When one is prepared for these pitfalls, one may find oneself less distracted from the beauty of the Niagara Falls. | ||

| The 4 day Canada tour was very nice. Saw so many beautiful places. Loved Ottawa. Alan was an excellent tour guide. He was very informative and helpful. Sometimes the tour was rushed and I wish there had been a bit more time to browse the gift shops. Would have liked to have not missed seeing Mont Royal. The itinerary was a little hard to follow and did not know it ahead of time since we were seeing things backwards. The bus driver was experienced and good. Glad for day and morning time at Niagra Falls. Hotels were very nice. Meals were a bit difficult especially not having anything for breakfast. Overall a very nice experience. | ||

| Although the tour was a bit tiresome, the leg to Niagara Falls is worthy, since the falls are really amazing. However, the way back was unworthy, since we traveled all day long to get to thousand islands and go home and stayed only one hour in the boat. It was summer and I would like to swim, for example. More time to enjoy Niagara and one more sleeping night in thousand islands would be much less tiresome. Besides, the stops to eat and to go to restrooms could be less frantic and less in such a hurry. | ||

| The tour is good, but in my case was schedule to depart at 8am and we started at 9am. That was one hour less to see Niagara falls, also in the way we stopped in some other city to pick up more people. That took us another hour from the tour. 1000 islands is not worth only 1 hour in a boat and you miss too much from Niagara because you don't sleep in Niagara and don't have the chance to see the falls in the night. I would recommend the other tour only with Niagara falls. | ||

| I would keep it short. The tour was properly organised. We saw Niagara Falls (Maid of the Mist & Cave of the Winds) on Day-1 & 1000 Islands on Day-2. The positives of the tour were: Well Organized. Punctual. Negatives were due to some problem in the hotel had to take a shower in cold water in early morning. God willing, Would love to come back again & bring my family to together to the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who are alone or who have come newly to US to do a tour with these guys as its convenient & cost effective too. Other option would be to drive but that would involve more cost | ||

| The hotel accommodation was good.The tour guides were nice , friendly and organized, but the driver was too slow and at one point he even took a wrong route from 1000 Islands to Niagara. (By the way 1:45 min at 1000 Islands was really great). Because of his mistake, we reached Niagara at 10:30pm stayed there for 30 min night view and reached hotel at 11.30. The other bus that departed with us from Flushing reached Niagara 2 hrs before us. The second day was Great. Overall trip was Good, if driver was experienced the trip would have been excellent. | ||

| the trip was great and the accommodations were fantastic. it was very organized and the tour guides got out of their way to be on time..we did not experience traffic coming in to new york!!Angie was a very lively, knowledgeable and informative tour guide. there are just a few incoveniences that we encountered. there was a bad BODY smell at the back of the bus (our seats were nos.50-51)i dont know if you can do anything about this, but, it gave me a headache for the whole trip. thank god for stop overs. i needed the fresh air. i am also suggesting that when guests book for a trip, you should ask for their seat preferences and any health conditions that will require seat preferences. also, you should have a policy that would cater to senior citizens as they have health conditions that require special accommodations. that trip deserves four stars from my husband and me!!! more power to you!! | ||

| The departure point in Bowery was disorganized as we are to moved back and forth to find out which bus is the 2 Day tour to Niagara. Most disappointing, is that we were outside with the rain and cold weather. The Guide did their job well, but needs training for English diction to be able to understand. The tour itself was very good and I am looking forward to another one in future. | ||

| The trip was excellent and the guide was also amazing. I think that the plan of the trip was fantastic and the stops and the bus was really comfortable. The hotel accommodation was Radisson and that was awesome. It is a highly recommended bus service and the journey is very comfortable with the driver driving at a very comfortable speed. The route is also very beautiful between the fields and the country side. The trip goes as planned and the guide put in a lot of effort to get us on the destinations in time. Overall full marks to everything. | ||

| We took the 2 day trip 2 weeks ago. It was hectic but organized well considering the time frame we had. They put us in a really nice hotel in Rochester (little far though!). I wish the tip amounts were optional and not mandatory. Isaac and the other guide were friendly. Overall its a good experience. | ||

The hotel was excellent, and the 1000 island tour was good but not exciting. Would have been better, if we could have stayed for some more time in Niagara falls. | This tour is organized very well and we had wonderful experience to visit some of the notable places in the United States. The journey and hotel arrangements are very good and guides took care of us. The driver also drove the vehicles cautiously through the journey and he deserves appreciation. The English accent of the guide needs some improvement and I also shared the matter with the guide. Initially some of my friends told me, as its a cheap tour I wont get a comfortable tour and cant see the places as promised. But "Go to Bus" proved them wrong. | It was a well planned trip, the guide was very knowledgeable. Though it was a hectic 2 days with most time spent on the bus, I was expecting it - so no surprises. The hotel accommodation was very comfortable and the bus stopped at food places having veggie options. Overall a nice experience. The 4 stars is because a 2-day trip would have been not so pleasant for older people. Instead I would take them on a 3-day trip. | ||

| The trip to niagara falls was great. the places amazing. the trip in bus took forever but it was cool. people in our bus was quite and nice [lot of indians]. and our guide Jet was great, very well organized, he explained us lot of interesting things about the places we visited and he put great movies during our trip. Jet also sang songs and did games with us in the bus. he was really nice. so the trip was not annoying at all. the 4 star hotel was good. the trip is an adventure, it's tiring but it is worth, i recommend to do it with a good group of friends and check the weather. we had a great weather so it was awesome. | ||

Only complaints - the bathroom on the bus wasn't of sufficient capacity for a 2-day trip, and the driver only let us have one 20-minute stop on the 8-hour return trip. The hotel was fine, and we had enough time for the IMAX, the Maid of the Mist, the Cave of the Winds, and the 1000 Islands tour. Much sightseeing packed into one trip, but it didn't feel too rushed. For the price, this was a really good deal. | ||

We got a thrilling view of the falls and also night view. We did not go for IMAX movies to have more time to enjoy the views. What I heard that The IMAX movie was awful and boring... | It was a fantastic trip. We were six ppl in one group. Before my trip I had some doubt about this trip. But every thing was very pleasant. Bus was very nice. They managed the trip according to the schedule, though schedule was a bit tight. Our guides, Jade and Junie were nice girls providing some basic information of places, but they were doing best job by managing comfort for all people on the bus. We reached Niagara Falls at 5:00 evening, we went to sail for maid of the mist, it was the experience of the life time to feel that mist. After soaking in the mist, we saw the American Falls very closely, after that we went to the Niagara Falls movie in IMAX. My experience suggests that if we could included cave of the winds instead of IMAX movie, it would be better for us. Hotel stay was in Holiday Inn, Rochester, because it was on the way to 1000 islands, So we saved some time by traveling to midway to 1000 island in the night and having a good accommodation. On the second day we saw 1000 island.... and many things to share with you. But in summary, overall tour was well organized, well scheduled and full of fun at a very cheap price. | ||

We could see all the places of interest. Cave of the Winds was not in the itinerary, however we requested to include it and it was included. | Wonderful time, fabulous, energetic, and most of all, punctual staff. They made it clear they would not tolerate tardiness, which I especially appreciated. We kept on schedule and did everything advertised, and happily, included the best part - Cave of Winds. It was fast-paced as expected. Very grateful for 2 hour rest stops. | Excellent trip. we liked the Niagara falls through the maid of the mist drive, especially the horse shoe falls. We had the visual experience of a lifetime. The cave of the winds was very exciting. The tour was well organized, timings were perfect. Thanks to the guides and the driver, who took care of us well. One thing we felt uncomfortable was, we were asked to change the bus during our return to new york with about 80 miles to go. The guide in the other bus did not allow us in since they felt there are no enough seats to accommodate us. This left to stand outside the bus very confusingly for some time. Also, the 1000 islands trip was relaxing after traveling very long. Corning glass museum could have been added on second day since we had enough amount of time left during return. Felt like most of the time was wasted in the travel. Overall, it was a nice experience. Worth to give a try for the amount they charge. | ||

| It was a nice trip to Niagara Falls. We started from Edison, NY at around 7:30 in the morning and reached Niagara Falls at 5 pm. We enjoyed Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds completed at around 9:30 pm. It is a life time experience. Cave of the Winds was optional for tour. We were lucky that we could made it.One suggestion is that if Cave of the Winds can be made compulsory instead of the IMAX movie. We reached Hotel at 12 midnight and left it 7:30 in the morning next day for 1000 islands. The hotel was fabulous. We did the 1 hour 1000 islands cruise and left for New York. The tour guide was very helpful. The tour is very well-planned and organized. We enjoyed it so much and will definitely recommend it to my friends! | ||

| Trip was well organized. We didn't need to worry about the hotel booking, or plan anything. Every thing is pre-planned, just follow the guide and you will definitely enjoy the trip. It is very important that everyone follow the guide and be back to the location instructed by guide on time. Our instructor was very sweet and she really took great pains to make our trip successful. There was some small problem with bus though, like water leakage from A/C. But guide made sure that it was fixed when we stopped. Rest was fine... | ||

We did Maid of the Mist, i-max movie and Cave of the Winds and completed all three at around 10 pm. We reached Hotel at 12 midnight and left it 6:30 in the morning next day for 1000 islands. | Fantastic tour and adventure. The coach experienced a breakdown on the way to Niagara - this was obviously an unfortunate situation - but was resolved. We did not arrive at Niagara until 8.30pm but we ate, went to the visitor center and experienced the firework show. The next morning, we went back to Niagara (the hotel was in Buffalo) for Maid of the Mist and travelled onto 1000 Islands which was an unexpected amazement! Fantastic staff and drivers- would definitely do it again and would also do other tours in USA with the company. Excellent price and total ease of check-in and trip. | ||

| This was my first trip to Niagara Falls and the trip was amazing. We got to do the cave of the winds and the maid of the mist. However, the bus broke down on the first day, and we did not get to see Niagara Falls at night. Our tour guides CC and Felicia were amazing though, and took us on an extra attraction to make up for the loss. The hotel included a free breakfast, so overall, the price was not bad. | ||

| Hi all, this was my first trip to NY-niagara. I went for the sightseeing tour of NY by gotobus and the next day took a 2 day tour to niagara again (another gotobus package).I am lucky and thankful to gotobus for covering all three places, niagara, 1000 islands and conning glass museum in 2 days. The tour guide was a real nice guy. Hotel stay was good too. Being a long weekend and considering the rush, I do not think we missed anything or enjoyed the trip any less. Thanks Gotobus. I'm looking forward for another memorable vacation with gotobus. | ||

| Great Tour. Very Good Hotel Accomodation. Hotel was very near to the Niagara Falls, So we were able to see all the attractions. Looking to book another tour in coming weeks. | ||

| Great tour...all the attractions were covered as per the itinerary and the break for every 2 hrs of the journey was really helpful for old people and ladies. Looking for another place to book with GotoBus.com. | ||

| The tour guide was extremely unprofessional and had zero people skills. Prepare for the unexpected with the printed time the tour departs! The attractions included with the tour were great. | ||

| Overall it was good. Only thing I did not like was, they changed the whole itinerary and we missed the Night view from the Goat island as we reached after 10PM there. | ||

| Trip was organized very well. Hotel was comfortable. All promised areas were covered. Very surprised to note that all schedule timings were adhered to perfectly. I will surely book another tour with them again. Thanks Guys. Great Job. | ||
