  • We booked this trip for my parents and in-laws visiting from India. They really liked the tour and tour guide, Thomas was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was very nice. I was not sure if my parents could travel for 12 hours but they were taken care of and came back happy without any tiredness. Recommend to friends and family.

  • I had the pleasure of taking a two-day trip to Niagara Falls from DC, and I must say that Thomas, our tour guide, made it an unforgettable experience. Thomas's knowledge and passion for the area were evident throughout the trip. One of the standout qualities of Thomas was his enthusiasm. His excitement about showing us the wonders of Niagara Falls was infectious, and it added an extra layer of enjoyment to the trip. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group had a fantastic experience. Overall, I recommend Thomas as the tour guide. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring our trip was memorable truly set him apart. Thanks to Thomas, I have cherished memories of my Niagara Falls adventure, and I would gladly join another tour guided by him in the future.

  • Ideally the trip was great, it was my first time to going to Niagara Falls. But again no restroom use on the bus, so be prepared; they do stop a couple of times. The bus ride is way too long, but the scenery was great. What they do not tell you, if you want to do the Canada side, which I do recommended, be prepared once to again to wait in line for passports to be checked, this may take as longs as 2 hours, depending on how many buses are ahead of you. We departed at 8:00am and did not arrive to our hotel until 9:00pm, so keep that in mind when thinking about the Canada side, and most likely you'll have a different tour guide for that portion of the trip. Also even with an itinerary - you may cover or not cover all things listed. Overall I am still going to use TAKE TOURS services
