    Pricing Policy

    • Buy 2 Get 3rd Free : Offer applies to 3rd person sharing a room with full paying adult. Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 7 days before departure. No-show (or late cancellation) of free passenger incurs a $76 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat
    • Child Rate: Children sharing a room with 2 adult passengers pay the same price as a third or fourth adult. Please note that each hotel room can only accommodate up to 4 guests of any age.

    Day 1

    New York - Mystic - Newport - Boston (211 miles)

    we will begin the tour by traveling from Manhattan Chinatown to Newport, Rhode Island to see the famous Breakers Mansion, also known as the crown jewel of Newport. The tour will follow inside the Mansion itself, visitors will experience an audio guided tour throughout the mansion, learning about the long history and million-dollar architecture behind the Vanderbilt Family’s home. We will continue our way to Boston, the first stop in this populous city is the Boston Museum of Science; visitors will have hands on experience with many of our current and innovating technologies that attracts millions of visitors every year. After our visit to the museum, we will embark on the famous Boston Duck Tour, a World War II style amphibious landing vehicle that takes you on a narrated sightseeing tour of Boston. On this tour, you will see all the places that make Boston the birthplace of freedom and a city of firsts, from the Golden-domed State House to Bunker Hill, Quincy Market to the Prudential Tower, and lastly a breathtaking view of the Boston and Cambridge skyline on top of the Charles River. Finishing off the first day, guests will enjoy a famous local cuisine that has left its mark on Boston, New England Lobster Dinner.

      Newport is a high end New England seaport town, extremely popular among the mega-rich of America. Travel along Ocean Drive to get beautiful scenic views and see the magnificent Breakers Mansion. It is a short drive from Boston.

      Breakers Mansion

      The Breakers Mansion is the largest and most opulent of the famous and historical Newport Mansions open to the public. Built by the Vanderbilt family at the turn of the century, this "summer cottage" stuns and amazes.

    Today we will take a city tour of Boston, beginning with the campuses of Harvard University and MIT. Then we will take a relaxing Boston Harbor Cruise, giving us a breathtaking view of the city from the water. After lunch at Quincy Market, , we will travel to New Haven, CT to explore the beautiful campus of Yale University. Guests may either leave from Boston Logan Airport or be transferred back to New York and leave from any of the airports there.       New England Aquarium

      Quincy Market

      Quincy Market in the Faneuil Hall marketplace of downtown Boston is a historic building that still serves as a souvenir marketplace and food court today. The area has expanded to include two other marketplace buildings as well.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    • 15-30 days or more prior to departure -10% of total purchase amount.
    • 7-14 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    • 4-6 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
