  • Just came back from this weekend trip to Washing DC & Annapolis. We had a late start because of traffic, but our tour guide Matthew got everything in. We started with a cruise on the Potomac, then went to Jefferson Memorial and saw the Cherry blossoms, then onto the Lincoln Memorial, White House, tour of DC, the capital from outside and the wax museum. I was impressed with the wax museum, would have liked more time there. The hotel was clean (we got there at 10pm and left 8am the next morning. Annapolis Naval Academy was nice to see, but the weather was so cold, rainy and windy that day, but we still managed to walk around outside for 2 hours, I especially liked walking through the streets looking at all the houses in this historic district..then onto Camden aquarium which was a lot of fun, I especially liked the Hippos and the penquins..it was a very busy, but great trip. I would recommend this trip. The driver and the guide were excellent
