In the morning we’ll depart from New York City, passing through the states of New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland before arriving at Washington DC, the capital city of the United States. We’ll start with a visit to the Madam Tussauds Wax Museum, where we’ll stop for a photo with President Barack Obama and a visit to the Oval Office.” Then it’s off to Capitol Hill, where we’ll see the U.S. Capitol Building, home to the Senate and House of Representatives, as well as the White House, residence and workplace of the President of the United States. We’ll study the history of U.S. aviation and space exploration at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, followed by a visit to the hallowed memorials and monuments of the capital city, including the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, the Korea War Veterans Memorial, and the Vietnam War Veterans Memorial.

In the late afternoon, we’ll embark on a panoramic city tour before returning north to New York City, where we’ll arrive in the early evening.
