Departure Time:
See the Planned Pick-Up Schedule for free pick-up locations and times. Exact pick-up time will be provided within 1-2 business days after booking. Reconfirmation by phone should be made 24 hours prior to tour.
Hotel Pickup:
Complimentary pick-up service available from some Orlando and Kissimmee hotels. See the Planned Pick-Up Schedule; exact pick-up time will be provided within 1-2 business days after booking.
Optional Hotel Pickup:
Pick ups are available from Hyatt Regency at the Airport (The only hotel pick up from airport, Bus Loop :1st Floor outside of the valet. Appox time is at 7:00 am.) and other hotels on request for an additional charge of $10 per person / Maximum $25 per family(4 or more), the amount should be paid in cash to the bus driver at the time of pickup. The tour CANNOT pick up from Downtown Orlando hotels.
Return Details:
Tour returns to the original departure point at approximately 10:30pm
Parking Information:
Free parking is available at all pick up locations except for Quality Inn International ($15/night, price is subject to change) and Disney all star（*parking with hotel reservation only）.

- For every confirmed booking you will be required to print a voucher which is presented at the destination. You will receive an confirmation email after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email.
- Terms & Conditions
- All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day.
- No cancellation within 72 hours prior departure; 25% refund for cancellation 15 days before the departure time; 50% refund for cancellation within 15 days (>72 hours). There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
- Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
- We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
