  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Currency Fluctuations: All tour prices are current at the time of publication and are susceptible to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance with changes in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The rate that you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against future currency fluctuations; on the other hand, no price adjust (refund) will be made based upon change in tour prices
  • All purchases will be confirmed with one business day after purchase.
  • All tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. You will be notified prior to departure time if cancellation is necessary.

Additional Note

  • Please note the Louvre Museum now require each participant Full Names details. You must enter in your correct First and Last Name when your booking in order to access the entrance at the Louvre.
  • Note: A deposit fee of 30 Euro is required for the audioguide and will be given back when audioguide is returned.
  • COVID-19 Information In order for customers to enjoy their visit in complete safety, and in accordance with French Government measures, from July 21, 2021 access to museums / attractions will be subject to presentation of a valid "Health Pass" with identity document for all persons from 12 years old.
  • Eligibility for the Health Pass valid when:

    I People who have benefited from a complete vaccination schedule, either:

    • 2 weeks after the 2nd injection for double injection vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca)
    • 4 weeks after injection for vaccines with a single injection (Johnson & Johnson from Janssen)
    • 2 weeks after the injection for vaccines in people who have had a history of Covid (1 single injection)
    II People with proof of a negative antigenic PCR or TAG test of less than 48 hours.

    The deadlines in force for the validity of the tests are strict when entering the sites (no flexibility of 2 or 3 days).

    III Persons holding the result of a positive RT-PCR or antigen test attesting to recovery from Covid-19, dating from at least 11 days and less than 6 months

  • The presentation of the European Union's digital Covid Certificate showing a valid QR Code can be done in digital or paper format.
  • At the same time, wearing a mask remains compulsory inside museums, monuments, attractions and public transport vehicles.
  • We makes every effort to welcome visitors in the best possible conditions and to protect the health of each of us.
  • The responsibility for entering these categories remains with the passengers, We cannot be held responsible if access to a monument or attraction is refused by the latter and it will not be able to reimburse a service started.
