Your ticket is valid for 48 hours, and you can hop on and off at your leisure. The bus line runs through central Rome and reaches all the main sites, starting from two close-by terminals (both of them located near the Termini train station).
Line A Starting Point: Via Marsala (Stazione Termini)
Duration of entire loop: 100 minutes
Times: April to October: 9:00am to 7:00pm, every 20 minutes; November to March: 9:00am to 5:00pm every 30 minutes (every 60 minutes in the afternoon)
8 stops: Termini - Marsala (Via Marsala, 7), Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseum, (Circus Maximus) Circo Massimo, Piazza Venezia, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna (only on Sundays and holidays), Piazza Barberini
Line B Starting Point: Largo di Villa Peretti, 1
Duration of entire loop: 90 minutes
Times: April to October: 9:00am to 6:00pm, every 45/60 minutes; November to March: 9:00am to 4:00pm every 45/60 minutes
