      • Total refund in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks prior the date visit
      • 75% refund from 55 to 22 days before the visit
      • 50% refund from 21 to 15 days before the visit
      • 25% from 14 to 8 days before the visit
      • No refund is possible for cancellations less than 8 days before your booked visit and for no shows
      • In case of bad weather we will do our best to adapt the schedule of the tour/services to the weather circumstances.
      • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
    • Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday.
    • While we will make every effort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.
    • We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
