The tour was organized. we covered almost all the places mention in the tour description with the ample time at each stop. I would recommends to extends this tour till late night at least 9:00 PM. But overall very good exp. Tour guide was good to explain each spots in detail. so it's fun trip to have with.
I was only in San Francisco for a couple of days for business and I wanted to see as much the famous sites as possible but I did not have a rental car. This tour was PERFECT because I was able to see everything I wanted in one day. The Golden Gate Bridge is awesome and I got to do all my shopping along Fisherman's Wharf. The scenery is beautiful! Now I know why San Francisco is such a famous tourist attraction.
This tour is recommended for someone who is visiting SF and wants to cover many important points in a day. For those who can travel to SF anytime, they can probably do things in leisure. Also take the cruise, it's really good experience.
It was really good. All the destinations were covered as per the schedule.
The tour guide was equally giving very useful information about San Francisco and its most attractive places.
I loved the Golden Gate Bridge and the bay cruise.
The tour was okay. The tour guide kind of memorized the information about all the sites from Wikipedia. They stopped at all the sites except Golden Gate Park. I wish they would have stopped there at least for 30 minutes.
This tour was good but had a rocky start due to smashes delaying the driver and he picked us up 20 minutes late. This meant the tour was a little rushed to catch up. On the whole the tour was okay, even though we missed one of the destinations, and the tour guide/driver tried very hard to give us time to see the various locations.
It was well organized tour covering all important landmarks. The tour company were professionals and tour guides were good in explaining in English and Chinese. I had just finished the 7 day West Coast tour with them, and they did a great job in terms of places, hotels, keeping time, etc. Vegetarian food at Chinese restaurants was surprising :) I have recommended them to my relatives in the U.S. as well.
It was a very well organized guided tour. I especially liked the fact that we were on time at all the spots. Golden Gate Bridge/Ferry were the highlights. But there was a small confusion on the ticket for toddler in the ferry. I was initially made to pay $20 for his ticket. I pointed it out to the guide and she was courteous and took the ticket back. But when I was in the queue, I was asked for his entry ticket again. They said I need not pay but will have to get a ticket. My guide was standing right there and she gave me one of her tickets as it was impossible to stand in the queue to get his free ticket. But later I was asked to pay $20 for his entry ticket, even when the ticket checker at the ferry said its ferry entry for kids of his age and only a token is required.
Apart from this little confusion the tour was excellent . The guide took us across the TenderLoin street explaining the history of the street which was very interesting. It also serves as a caution for the folks who are very new to the place and might plan to spend a day or two.
I would not hesitate to try the tours again. Thank You!
For a one day tour, we covered most of San Francisco. The tour guide made sure we were informed of what is to be done sequentially so we did not miss anything. Covered almost all of the points in the itinerary.
This was my first time in the USA. San Francisco is awesome. My tour experience is overall good. But only thing I was unsatisfied with was timing. They gave very less time to visit places. E.g. they gave only 30 minutes for the Golden Gate Bridge, which is very very less. They also dropped me at my location (San Jose) at 5:20 PM, which is almost 1 hour early.
I'm writing this according to my sister's experience. She had her 1 day San Francisco Tour yesterday, and she told me that she enjoyed every minute of it. She said the driver was very goo,d and has a good sense of humor. The only problem was that the bus was late and she had to wait outside for more than 30 minutes. But other than that, she had a blast. Thank you!
I live in San Jose, and had a friend up from Los Angeles. We decided to go to San Francisco and leave the driving to someone else. Totally enjoyed the tour. We have been to San Francisco many times before, but saw some places we haven't been to, like Twin Peaks. Wow, the view of the city was fantastic! Loved it!
Overall the trip is good, just loved it. But one day is not good enough to see all the places in San Francisco, you definitely need to take a day or more to view all the places. Guide was good providing all the information related to the tour.
My mom and I absolutely enjoyed this tour! Even though we felt the tour was a little rushed, we understood that it was because of the large crowd. The tour guide did his best to tell us about each place that we went to, and he was pretty detailed about it.
The tour guide was very helpful. The timing of the tour was a bit rushed but I was happy that all key landmarks were filled with joy and excitement. I took a cruise and strongly recommend to all. In addition, we finally managed the time well to see Lombard Road where some of our group had an opportunity to walk up the nice small hills.
Tour as good and well managed. But there are few points for improvement.
1- Language, guide should first explain every thing in a common language i.e. English then should translate it into any other foreign language.
2- Bus driver/guide can't resist people to use washrooms inside bus just because then they have to clean it before leave the bus
I like this trip because they took us to a lot of places in San Francisco, e.g. Twin Peaks (Very gorgeous!), Golden Gate Park (millions knowledge here!), Golden Gate Bridge (So huge!), Fisherman's Wharf (I totally love fried fish there).
The trip was well organized with the best use of time. we covered all the places listed in the brochure with ample time at each stop. wish this tour was longer (until late evening) to cover more exciting san francisco. we had fun! thanks.
