    • Buy 2 get 3rd Discounted (3 or 4 pax sharing one room): (1) Cancellation of discounted-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. (2) No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurs $898 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat. Promotion not available during 12/19 - 12/31.
    • Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 0-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).

    Today we will gather in San Francisco. Guests should take the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and check in on their own.

    San Francisco - Sacramento - Elko (510 miles)

    Passengers will be picked up in the Bay Area in the early morning. We will leave San Francisco and head east. Along the way to Nevada, we will stop in Sacramento, CA, the capital of California. After, we will head to Elko, NV for the night.

    We will spend the morning continuing our tour of Yellowstone National Park. At noon we will arrive at Grand Teton National Park, where we will have the chance to take a boat ride on Jenny Lake. After a stop in Jackson Hole, WY to experience the western cowboy culture, we will head to Salt Lake City for the night.

    Today, we will drive back to San Francisco to end this tour. Guests may also choose to fly out of Las Vegas, but will need to arrange their own transportation to the airport. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

    • Departure: Head to hotel by taking the 24-hour operated FREE Hotel Courtesy Shuttles, which located at the Hotel Courtesy Shuttle zone on the center island of the Departures Level roadway at all terminals. If special pick-up needs to be arranged, we will charge $110 plus $3/person (tips for the driver) from each group of guests. If your flight is delayed or changed, you must call us immediately to arrange new pick-up, otherwise you will be charged all additional fees.
    • Return: We will drop you at Red Roof Inn SFO, please take hotel shuttle to airport if needed. Please arrange return flight from SFO after 9:30pm.

    Redemption

    • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.
    • Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
      • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
      • Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount.
      • Cancellations received within 8-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 30% per person.
      • Cancellations received within 4-7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
      • Cancellations received Within 3 Days prior to departure or no show will incur a 100% per person.
      • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
      • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
      • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
