Pricing Policy

  • Children policy: Child rates apply to those who are 3-9 years and sharing one room with at least 2 adults. Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children regardless of age).
  • Infant Rate: A separate seat is required for infants and infant rate ($25/day) apply to those under 2 years old (*rate does not include any admission fees)

DAY1 Hometown - San Francisco

Airport (SFO) transfer in, join our city tour to discover America's most picturesque and culturally diverse city - San Francisco. Highlights include: Civic Center, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, Fisherman's Wharf, Market Street and Chinatown. Please arrange the arrival time in San Francisco (SFO) before 11am.

Upon Arrival at SFO, please go to the Courtyards listed below for pick up after collecting your Luggage.

DAY2 Bay Area - Elko (506 miles)

Visit the California State Capital - Sacramento. Founded in 1849, Sacramento was at the heart of the gold rush, Pony Express and first continental railroad. In the afternoon head through the famous Donner Pass and enter Nevada - nicknamed the Silver State. Overnight stay in Elko.

DAY3 Elko - Jackson Hole - Grand Teton National Park - Yellowstone National Park (494 miles)

Pass through Twin Falls - Idaho, as views of the Snake River gorge highlight this area. Continue to the state of Wyoming and visit the western town of Jackson Hole. Arches made of elk antlers decorate the central plaza in this town with plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. In the afternoon visit Grand Teton National Park. The tallest peak rises to 13,770 feet. Twelve of the peaks in Teton reach above 12,000 feet and support a dozen mountain glaciers. Overnight stay in West Yellowstone.

DAY4 Yellowstone National Park - Pocatello (201 miles)

Visit Yellowstone National Park, the first and oldest National Park in the United States. Highlights include: Yellowstone Canyon, Mud Volcano, Mammoth Springs, Hot Springs, and the most famous being "Old Faithful". There are also various wildlife that inhabit the Park from bison, elk, and bear. Overnight stay in Pocatello.

DAY5 Pocatello - Salt Lake City - Bryce Canyon National Park - Panguitch (460 miles)

Arrive in Utah's state capital - Salt Lake City. Visit the famous Temple Square and learn about the Mormon settlement in depth. Later in the Afternoon, head to the famous Kennecott copper mine. The mine covers an area of about 1,900 acres and is twice as deep as the world tallest building. Then, explore Bryce Canyon National Park. The limited archeological findings indicate that this area was used primarily for hunting with most habitation in the river valleys below. Over time, erosion has carved colorful limestone into thousands of spires, fins, arches and mazes. The formations collectively called "hoodoos," and are arranged and tinted with various colors. You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Cancellations and Alteration fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours through web mail at Contact Us. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply within 2 business days, that means your request is not received successfully; thus, the tour status remains "confirmed". Please contact us immediately at 617.354.2101.

Cancellation penalties as follows;

  • Cancellations received up to 8 days prior to departure will incur a penalty of 10% of total purchase amount.
  • Cancellations received within 4-7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% of total purchase amount.
  • Cancellations received within 3 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% of total purchase amount.
  • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
  • We cannot grant refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
  • There is 6% handling fee of refund amount add-on to the above penalties.

Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

Tour Cancellation
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements (e.g. minimum number of passengers) or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
