    San Francisco - Elko OR Salt Lake City (413 miles)

    Guests joining the tour in Bay Area will be picked up in the morning and make their way to Elko, NV. where they will spend the night.

    Guests who would prefer can fly into Salt Lake City, UT and take the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Meet the tour guide in the hotel lobby by 9:00am on day 2. Please note from 2016/9/3 meeting time on day 2 is 10:00am.

    Elko - Salt Lake City - Yellowstone (572 miles)

    Today we will journey from Elko to Salt Lake City, UT and then journey to Yellowstone National Park for the rest of the day. Stops in this park will be West Thumb Geyser Basin, Grand Prismatic Hot Spring and the marvelous Fountain Paint Pot.

After a stop in Jackson Hole, WY to experience the western cowboy culture, we will head to Salt Lake City for the night.

      • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
    • Air fares between your city and the starting city.
    • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
    • A mandatory service fees total of $8 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $8 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $32.
    • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
    • Additional Note

    • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
    • Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

    Redemption

    • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    Terms & Condition

    • Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
      • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
      • Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount.
      • Cancellations received within 8-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 30% per person.
      • Cancellations received within 4-7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
      • Cancellations received Within 3 Days prior to departure or no show will incur a 100% per person.
      • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
      • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
      • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
    • Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
