DAY1 Bay Area - Yosemite - Fresno (326 miles)
We begin our tour by visiting Yosemite National Park, world-renowned for its spectacular granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, and Giant Sequoia groves. Breathtaking scenes like Bridalveil Fall, with its thin, ethereal stream falling with a lightness that calls to mind the bridal veil it is named for, as well as El Capitan, the immense stone monolith, will strike you with their sheer natural power. The Merced River, which meanders through Yosemite Valley, the enormous Half Dome granite formation, and Yosemite Falls, the highest waterfall in the United States, add to the spectacular natural wonders of the park. After visiting Yosemite, we will spend the night in Fresno.

DAY2 Fresno - Las Vegas (391 miles)
This morning, we depart for Las Vegas. On the way we will stop at an outlet mall to enjoy great discounts on popular brand labels, and then will continue on our way, arriving in Las Vegas in the early afternoon. Once we arrive, you are free to explore America’s entertainment capital at your leisure. If you can break yourself away from the shopping, fine food, and gambling which the city is known for, join us on a night tour* where we will explore the city’s night life and watch a thrilling Las Vegas show!*

DAY3 Hoover Dam - Grand Canyon - Las Vegas (559 miles)
For our first tour option, we’ll make our way from Las Vegas to the Hoover Dam, a miracle of modern engineering built during the Great Depression to harness the mighty Colorado River for hydroelectric power and irrigation resources. While there, we’ll get a view of the world largest man-made lake in the world, Lake Mead, created when the dam was built. Next we’ll proceed to the spectacular
Grand Canyon, where we’ll make stops at various points along its South Rim for awe-inspiring views and plenty of photo opportunities. Afterwards, we’ll return to Las Vegas for an evening filled with excitement!
OR Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon West Rim & Skywalk Glass Bridge
Our alternate tour choice also includes a stop at the Hoover Dam, but takes us to an alternate area of the Grand Canyon known as the West Rim,** part of the Hualapai Indian Reservation (note additional fee in the Exclusions section below.) From this vantage point, you can experience the thrilling Skywalk Glass Bridge , whose unique engineering makes it seem like there is nothing between you and the yawning canyon floor nearly 5000 feet below. Or, you may prefer to experience a private helicopter ride*, which will take you farther out over the rocky maze and give you a true sense of the Canyon’s vast scope.

DAY4 Las Vegas - Los Angeles (265 miles)
From Las Vegas we travel to Los Angeles, the second largest city in the United States (second only to New York City) and home of Hollywood, making it one of the world’s greatest leaders of the entertainment business. After our arrival in the early afternoon, we will take a tour of the city including sights such as Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, which has been the site of three Academy Awards ceremonies and many film premieres, including that of George Lucas’ Star Wars trilogy. We will then move on to Kodak Theatre, permanent home of the Oscars and the television show American Idol, and other attractions. We will spend the night in Los Angeles.

DAY5 Universal Studio
Today we will visit Universal Studios Hollywood,** a theme park for the biggest film studio in the world. From the tram tour of the movie-making backlot, to the thrilling simulator rides like Jurassic Park and Revenge of the Mummy, and the T2 3-D: Battle Across Time (a sequel to Terminator II which features live actors interacting with a 3-D film), it promises to be an exciting and entertaining afternoon. We will also have the opportunity to experience a simulated earthquake, view awe-inspiring stunt demonstrations, and watch the live Waterworld show and Universal’s Animal Actors show.

DAY6 Disneyland / California Adventure
Disneyland Park: Immerse yourself in tales from some of your favorite Disney films, visit Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, New Orleans Square, Adventureland, Critter country, Mickey’s Toontown, and Frontierland.
Disney’s California Adventure Park: Where Disney magic meets California fun. Featuring four lands: Golden State, Hollywood Picture Backlot, Paradise Pier and “a bug’s land.” (Ticket includes admission for one park only.)

DAY7 Los Angeles - Santa Barbara - Bay Area (381 miles)
On this final day of our tour, we will head back to the San Francisco Bay Area, making a few more entertaining stops on the way. We will stop in Santa Barbara and then visit Solvang, the quaint little Danish town in the Santa Ynez Valley. We will arrive in the Bay Area in the evening with memories of our trip that will last a lifetime.
