    • Buy 2 Get 3rd Free: (1) Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 7 days before departure. (2) No-show or late cancellation incurs a $400 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
    • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 yrs old. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses. Children sharing a room with 2 adult passengers pay the same price as a third or fourth adult. Please note that each hotel room can only accommodate up to 4 guests of any age.

    There is free airport pick-up service during 9:00AM-10:00PM. Please wait for the tour guide at number 1 Baggage Claim area, and then guests will be taken to the hotel to catch a rest. Guests are able to arrange the rest of day by their own,or join our optional Morning Tour or Night Tour. (To arrange the tour, it requires at least 4 guests enrolled.)

      University of Washington

      Founded in 1861, UW is one of the oldest universities on the West Coast. It has three campuses, with its main location in Seattle. It serves a student body of over 45,000.

      This park is one of the best spots for taking photographs in Seattle, giving you the greatest view of this romantic city. It is a scenic area located on a hill.

    Seattle - Olympia - Portland (252 miles)

    In the morning, we will leave Seattle and drive to Olympia, the state capitol of Washington, where we will see the State House. Then, we will travel to the Columbia River Gorge. Next, we will continue to Portland to visit the International Rose Test Garden. Our final stop of the day will be the Grotto.

      The capital of the state of Washington, Olympia is a quaint little city with a lively arts scene. Many rock bands in the 1990s got their start in the area, including Nirvana.

      Washington State House of Representatives

      Home to the State Legislature, the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, and Treasurer for the state of Washington, this building is American Neoclassical in design. The State Supreme Court building and the Governor's Mansion are also on this campus.
    • Columbia River Gorge, OR

      The Columbia River is the 4th largest river by volume in the nation, flows inside the Rocky Mountains. It coves and runs for 1000 miles along the border of 2 states, Oregon and Washington. The magnificent view of the valley includes Multnomah, a famous 620 feet falls.
    • Portland, OR

      International Rose Test Garden

      This botanical garden dedicated entirely to roses and finding new varieties of the plant is home to more than 10,000 roses of more than 550 different varieties. It is open to the public daily.

      The Grotto

      This Catholic shrine in Portland is in a cave on a cliff. The whole area takes up about 62 acres and features several thousand feet of trails, making this a peaceful place for a reflective walk.

    Florence ( Summer) /Silverton (Winter) - Woodburn (Winter) (269 miles)

    During summer (4/1-10/31) after breakfast, we will travel to Florence, OR, where we can tour the beach dunes by car. we will visit the Sea Lion Caves to see these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat. We can also take a Sand Rail Tour. For winter schedule (11/1-3/31), after Breakfast we will visit Oregon Garden in Silverton and Woodburn Outlet.

      Though this town in Oregon is small, it is home to a lively artistic and cultural community. The Sea Lion Caves are located in this area, a tourist attraction where many seals make their homes.

      Sea Lion Caves are a connected system of sea caves and caverns open to the Pacific Ocean in the U.S. state of Oregon. Sea Lion Caves is one of the great sea grottos of the world, which were discovered in 1880 by a local seaman.

      Oregon Garden is an 80-acre botanical garden and tourist attraction. It includes a variety of plant species and habitats and the only Frank Lloyd Wright home in Oregon.

    During the summer, we will visit the Woodburn Outlets, the largest in the state, with over 100 brand names free of sales tax! In the winter, we will pass through Neptune State Park before stopping in Astoria to see the Astoria Column. We will also stop by America's Car Museum in Tacoma before returning to Seattle.

    Today, we will go on a sightseeing tour of the Seattle area, visiting the Boeing Factory, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, the EMP Museum, and Pioneer Square.

      Boeing Factory

      Boeing is the largest aircraft manufacture in the world. At its factory you will learn the history of aircraft making and also see one of the only 4 Dream lifters in the world; there will be professional Boeing employee guiding you to see the assembling process of the Boeing 7-series.

      There is a minimum height requirement of 4 feet (122 cm) for children participating in the Boeing Tour. To avoid disappointment please make sure to check height before purchasing tickets. This restriction is strictly enforced.

      Pike Place Market

      Chihuly Garden and Glass

      This magnificent garden is an exhibit at the Seattle Center that displays the incredible glassworks of Dale Chihuly. The facility includes a garden, a glasshouse, interior exhibits, and a theater. Inside the glasshouse is a 100 foot long structure.

    Seattle - Olympic National Park (119 miles)

    Today, we will head to Olympic National Park, which contains almost one million acres of land and 900 miles of trails. We will visit the park's main attractions, Hurricane Ridge and Lake Crescent. (If we can't drive to the Hurricane Ridge due to the bad weather, we will go to the other attractions in Olympic National Park) Afterwards, we will return to Seattle to bring an end to this tour. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

      This UNESCO World Heritage Site in the northwesternmost corner of the United States is best known for being part of the largest temperate rainforest on the planet. It is also home to gorgeous coastline and a portion of the Olympic Mountains.

    • City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities.
    • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.

      Redemption

    • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    Tour Departure: This tour has 100% guaranteed departure; if the tour is cancelled there will be refund of 120%. Restrictions apply; due to weather conditions, State Emergencies, Airport Closures or anything beyond the control of the tour operator the 120% refund will NOT apply.

    Cancellation penalties per person for tours last 5 or more days(Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    • 8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • 1-7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
