    Pricing Policy

    • Listed prices are subject to change as hotel availability may be limited. Alternate hotel selections and travel dates will be advised (within one business day) and prices will vary.
    • Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.
    • Child price applies to children 15 and under, sharing a room with 2 adults.
    Day 1

    Hometown - Vancouver/Seattle

    For those who will join the tour in Vancouver, The tour start from the Vancouver Airport. Canada Domestic arrivals, your tour escort will wait at the number 3 luggage carousel. International arrivals, your tour escort will wait at arrival lobby (Aboriginal sculpture). Vancouver sightseeing tour (Approx. 3 hours) provided free for all arrivals before 12:00pm. City tour includes China Town area, Vancouver's famous Gastown, Trade & Convention Centre & the 1,000 acre Stanley Park. Coach transfer to hotel in the afternoon.

    For those who will join the tour in Seattle (additional $55 transportation fee will be charged), our tour guide will arrange to meet you at Baggage Claim Belt #1, by 12:00 pm. A complimentary mini-excursion (of approximately 2 hours) of Seattle (rather than Vancouver) will be provided for all travelers scheduled to arrive before 12:00pm, visiting Pike market and the Space Needle, before crossing the border to our hotel in Vancouver for the night.

    Optional City Tours (228 km)

    Option A: Vancouver City Tour (Including ferry charges and admission to Capilano Suspension Bridge)

    This tour begins in the morning from Chinatown, where the early pioneers who arrived from Mainland China chose to begin their new lives. We then proceed to Gastown, where you'll find some of the heritage buildings from the 1870's and discover the rich history behind them. The tour will also visit the 1,000 acre Stanley Park, the Lion Gate Bridge, and the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge, where you can experience the thrill of crossing a wood-plank and rope bridge at a height of over 150 feet above the Lynne Canyon. In the afternoon, the tour will visit Granville Island Farmer's Market, the beautiful sunken garden of Queen Elizabeth Park and the busy shopping area in Richmond.

    Option B: Victoria City Tour (Including ferry charges and admission to Butchart Gardens)

    This tour begins with a morning departure from Vancouver Island by a B.C. Ferry, to visit the stunning Butchart Gardens near Victoria. We’ll then proceed to the charming capital city of Victoria, one of the oldest cities in the Pacific Northwest, stopping to admire its many historic buildings and landmarks. Here, we’ll visit Victoria's own Chinatown, the Legislative building, Beacon Hill Park, stopping by the famous “Mile Zero” marker for photos, before returning to Vancouver in the evening by ferry.

    Option C: Whistler Sightseeing One Day Tour (Sightseeing Gondola is included)

    This tour begins with a morning transfer from Vancouver to the world famous ski resort of Whistler, the site of the 2010 Winter Olympics. You can enjoy the marvelous scenery of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain aboard the Sightseeing Gondola, or do your winter shopping in the newly renovated Whistler Village. Our coach will transfer us back to Vancouver in the evening.

      Redemption

    You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Gotobus by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

    Cancellation penalties per person as follows:

    • 21 - 30 days or more before departure - 30% of total purchase amount
    • 15 - 20 days before departure - 50% of total purchase amount
    • 0 - 14 days before of departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Gotobus' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
