    Seattle - Vancouver (140 miles)

    For those who will join the tour in Vancouver, the tour starts from the Vancouver Airport. Tour guides will wait at the number 3 luggage carousel for domestic arrivals and at the arrival lobby (Aboriginal sculpture) for international. A Vancouver sightseeing tour is provided free for all arrivals before 12:00pm. The city tour includes Chinatown, Gastown and Stanley Park. We will transfer to the hotel in the afternoon.

    For those who will join the tour in Seattle, our tour guide will arrange to meet you at Baggage Claim Belt #1 at 12:00pm. A complimentary mini-excursion (of approximately 2 hours) of Seattle (rather than Vancouver) will be provided for all travelers scheduled to arrive before noon. Guests will visit Pioneer Square, and the Space Needle before crossing the border to their hotel in Vancouver for the night.

    Option 1: Vancouver City Tour
    Today we will tour the city of Vancouver, BC. Stops include Chinatown, Gas Town, Stanley Park, the Vancouver Convention Centre and more!

    Option 2: Victoria City Tour
    Today we will depart for Vancouver Island by ferry. The tour includes a visit to Butchart Gardens, as well as stops at Chinatown, the Legislative Buildings, Beacon Hill Park, and the Mile Zero Monument. We will return to Vancouver in the evening.

    Option 3: Whistler Ski Resort (Seasonal)
    Today we will depart from Vancouver to Whistler, BC. Here, guests can ride the Peak to Peak Gondola.

    • Airport Pickup: Free transfer from the Vancouver airport is available from 8:30am to 9:30pm. Those arriving in Seattle will have to pay a transportation fee. Your tour escort will be holding a sign with your name.
      • For those who will join the tour in Vancouver: Domestic arrivals should meet at the number 3 luggage carousel, and international arrivals in the arrival lobby (Aboriginal sculpture).
      • For those who will join the tour in Seattle: Please meet the tour guide at 12:00pm at luggage carousel number 1.
    • Airport Dropoff: Guests will be dropped off at the Vancouver airport free of charge. You may also opt to be driven back to the Seattle airport at 7:00am for a transportation fee. Those departing from Seattle should schedule their flights to depart after 3:00pm.

      Confirmation

    • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

      Redemption

    • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your confirmation email. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

      Terms & Condition

    PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.

    Cancellation penalties per person as follows:

    • 21-35 days or more before departure - 30% of total purchase amount
    • 14 - 20 days before departure - 50% of total purchase amount
    • 0 - 14 days before of departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
