    • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 yrs old. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses.

    Itinerary

    After breakfast, we will leave the downtown at 8:30. You will take the Seward highway and visit many mountains, rivers, lakes and glaciers. We will stop at Belugas Point and enjoy the sights of Turnagain Arm. Expected to arrive at the town of Seward at 11:30, you will be guided around the town of Seward and have plenty of time to stroll around Easter Bay, enjoy the charm of the seaport and taste the delicious food of the town. Then we will head for the Exit Glacier formed during the ice age. Upon arrival, the tour guide will take you on foot into the Kenai Fjords National Park. After about 40 minutes, you will arrive at the foot of the glacier, where you can take photos. Along the way, there are many markers showing old time and years, which are a constant reminder that glaciers are melting. Return to downtown of Anchorage at 19:00 pm.

      This small town is on the southern coast of Alaska, and is home to a successful fishing economy. Its second most lucrative industry is tourism, since it is nearby Denali National Park.

      Beluga Point Site

      An archaeological location along Turnagain Arm of Cook Inlet, near Seward Highway Milepost 110, south of Anchorage, in the U.S. state of Alaska.

      Exit Glacier

      This glacier is located in the Harding Icefield, near Seward, Alaska. It received its name because it served as the exit point for the first recorded crossing of the Icefield in 1968.

      Confirmation

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

      Redemption

    • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

      Terms & Condition

    • Booking changes
      A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
    • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
      Regardless of the reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
    • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
      Tours with Borealis Basecamp
      Up to 60 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
      31 - 60 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
      Within 30 days prior to departure or no show- 100% of total purchase amount.
      Tours without Borealis Basecamp
      Up to 15 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
      7 - 14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
      Within 7 days prior to departure or no show- 100% of total purchase amount.

      Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
      The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
      NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
    • Itinerary Variations
      We constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods, duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
    • Tour Cancellation:
      We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
      We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
