Day 1: Atlanta airport pick-up

Today we will take the flight to the state capital and the largest industrial city of Georgia -- Atlanta.Your tour escort will be waiting at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) with detailed transfer arrangements to the hotel. Welcome dinner will be prepared for guests who arrive and meet with your tour escort before 17:00.

Special remarks for airport pick-up:
1.Complimentary airport pick-up is available at 14:00, 17:00, and 21:00. Please make sure to meet with our staff at the listed time slots with your claimed baggage. Please make sure to be at the meeting point on time. All three scheduled shuttles will depart on time, and no transfer service available after 21:00.
2.Guests who arrive after 17:00 will not be able to enjoy our welcome dinner.

We will head to The King Center, Georgia Institute of Technology, Jackson Street bridge, The Georgia State Capitol, CNN Headquarters, Centennial Olympic Park, World of Coca Cola, Margaret Mitchell House and Museum and The Jimmy Carter Library and Museum.

    The World of Coca-Cola is an interactive museum and exhibition that chronicles the history of the world-famous Coca-Cola company. As a special gift, each person who takes a tour receives a one-of-a-kind bottle of Coke.

You also have a chance to have a Night Tour in Music Street.

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    9-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    1-8 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
    In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
    Itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, transportation and other conditions, in order to provide the best experience for you.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
  • The opening hours and capacity limit of attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to COVID-19. When the operating hours and capacity restriction have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Luggage: Each customer may bring on board one checked luggage plus one carry-on bag.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort upon arrival.
