    Pricing Policy

    • Price listed is per day per person.
    • Child rates apply to those who are 2 - 11 years old sharing a room with two adults (No bed). Child under 2 years old free of charge.
    • Pre-Post Accommodation(Same Hotel as the tour): Available only on the day before (one night) or after the tour(one night). USD$35 per person per night (twin room sharing, breakfast included), there is no charge for child sharing a room with two adults. USD$70 per night applies for Single Room.
    • Lodging: Max 2 adult and 1 child are allowed in one room. We will not charge client any single supplement if they are willing to share the room with other tour members. But No complaints or amendments could be made based on this issue. If clients did not choose to share room with others, they will have to pay the single supplement fee, which costs for USD$35 per person per night.

    Beijing - Tianjin (113 km)

    Today, we will continue exploring highlights of Beijing, starting from Summer Palace. After lunch we will drive to Tianjin to visit Jingyuan (Garden of Serenity in English). After that, we will visit the Five Great Avenues. We will also have the option of trying Goubuli Baozi, a type of steamed meat bun.

    Tianjin

    Today, we will visit the First Teaching Hospital at the Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Afterwards, we will head to Yang Liu Qing, a small town, to eat lunch and admire the Shi Courtyard. Art lovers can visit a local folk painting studio. We will also have the option of taking a Haihe River Boat Cruise.

    Tianjin - Chengde (304 km)

    Early in the morning, we will depart for Chengde to visit the Chengde Mountain Resort, China's largest imperial garden, measuring twice the size of Beijing's Summer Palace. The imperial summer villa was often used as a second capital for the Emperor. In 1994, it became a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    After breakfast, we will visit Putuo Zongcheng Temple, one of the eight outer temples in Chengde and one of the largest temples in all of China. After lunch, we will return to Beijing.

    Beijing

    We will spend the day touring Beijing. Beginning in Tiananmen Square, we will visit the National Museum. Later in the day, we will visit the Forbidden City to climb up the hill in Jingshan Park, where we will get a bird's eye view of the golden rooftops. The Forbidden City was the Chinese Imperial Palace from the Ming Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty from 1420 to 1912, serving as the home of the Emperors and their households, as well as being the ceremonial and political center of the Chinese government for almost 500 years. We will also have the option of watching a Beijing Opera Show.

      Tiananmen Square

      The 4th largest city square in the world, Tiananmen Square is a large, open area, surrounded on all sides by important national buildings: the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong, the National Museum of China, and the Great Hall of the People.

      Hutong

      In Beijing, hutongs are alleys formed by lines of siheyuan, traditional courtyard residences.
