I took this tour with my husband and daughter from July 20- July 21 2015. Jay was our tour guide. He was very friendly and explained everything to our understanding. Jay is very calm, pleasant, and patient and cared about our safety.
Accommodation and transportation was all right.
Tour was well planned.
Tour date July 11 2015
The tour guide is really helpful and provides a lot of information
The bus driver drove well and was always punctual
The bus was good and needed some improvements
The hotel was good but far away from Niagara
Hence the tour became a little tiring
A lot of disturbance in the bus by a single loud family (not kids but adults) were disturbing.
We went on the Niagara Falls/Thousand Island tour on 7/6/15 - 7/7/15 2 days. Our guide was Kerry and driver was Harry. Both of them were very fun, helpful, informative and explained all the details to us. We had a very positive experience with them and would highly recommend.
The tour was very enjoyable. At the end of the tour we felt it was worth the long travel. We had to thank our tour guide, Kerry, for engaging us with her stories and quiz questions during our bus travel. I traveled wit my parents, and they felt very comfortable with the tour because of the friendly nature of the tour guide. The driver did a very good job of taking us to the attraction at the correct timings in spite of the unexpected delays at each break.
Tour guide took care of all of us like family. It was really good combination of June and experience- only thing I would suggest for single person- cost is high which can be reduced by booking small room. Maybe
It was a nice trip- the tour guide, Jay, was friendly and helpful. The places were nice and I enjoyed them with my family. Accommodation was okay, no microwave. Transportation was on small van. The tour places and plan were excellent.
We enjoyed the trip. Note that if you plan for departure location of "I90 Service Area" then find "Charlton Plaza" on westbound. We struggled lot to find this area as we are new here. Otherwise the experience was good.
Overall I liked this two-day trip. Jay is a good tour guide. He tried to make everyone comfortable during this trip. Every two hours he would stop the car and gave us a break. Everything was on the schedule. Also, the Chinese buffet restaurant was good.
Yesterday we've just come back from this Tour. It's long way journey.Everything are very great.I liked this journey so much.Niagala Falls make me to exciting. This's the first time for me. 1000 Island is the greatest veiw. JAY is a tour guide. He's a good guide and take care tourist. Enjoy everyone.
I liked this tour..from the tour guide, Jay, to the organization. The whole experience was good, but I think more needs to be done on accommodation. The transportation was comfortable and as indicated in the tour details, it stopped often for breaks as it didn't have restrooms inside. One review below, complains about the food at the last stop...but I loved the food, there was variety and it was buffet so you could eat as much. I thought this was quite thoughtful especially since we were stopping at gas stations most of the time. Kudos to our tour guide, he made this a better trip!!
I booked this tour for my parents. Overall the tour was nice. However, I was surprised to see a 15 passenger minivan instead of a coach bus for the tour. The tour was booked full and it was surprising. May be they book more people than they can take in a bus and so have to use a minivan. This was inconvenient, but overall the tour guide was helpful. Another comment is to stop the bus for food at a Chinese restaurant which will not allow you to enter if you do not eat there. People from all over the world go on this tour and not everybody eats non-veg Chinese food. The tour management needs to be realistic and have stops in a place where at least people are not forced to eat inside the minivan or bus.
the tour was great and worth the long journey. Unfortunatedly nobody of the taketour-organisation told our guide that the times for the last maid of the mist tour by boat had changed due to the new autumn schedule. When we arrived we missed the last boat. So we went there again the next day, and the whole tour was delayed for about 4 hours, we arrived in Boston very late.
We jointed the 2-days trip to Niagara Fall / Thousand Islands on Oct 8, it was a pleasant memorable trip, we enjoy every moment of it.
One special comment on Miss Ma S. Yin, our tour guide, she did a marvelous job throughout the trip, showing her professionalism and well reserve the company's reputation.
We plan to take a 3-days trip with you company in coming days.
Another special comment we add on Miss Ma is that, one in our group left her passport at the hotel while we were on the trip to Thousand Island the next day.
Miss Ma help us, promptly resolve issue by arranging the passport mail back to our home in New Hampshire.
Our appreciation can not be expressed by words,
Just wish her well.
Our trip to Niagara through TRAVEL PACK was really good. The tour was well organized and we had real fun. The tour guide cum driver Mr. Alan was friendly and was well informative. He had a good knowledge about the places and he was quick in getting us into the attractions. My parents had come from India and they also enjoyed the service. will recommend it to others.
This was a GREAT trip with good, enthusiastic tour guides. The hotel we stayed in was superb as well. The journey is long and those travelling with small children should think twice before taking the tour.
