Day 1: Boston

Arriving at Logan International Airport (BOS), our tour guide will meet guests at the Baggage Claim area. Feel free to take our shuttle to the hotel and catch some rest.

Day 2: Boston - New York (216 miles)

Passengers will be picked up in the morning. Today we will embark on a tour of New York City. We will take a Statue of Liberty Cruise. Then we'll visit U.S.S. Intrepid. After, we will pass by Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue, and stop at the One World Observatory (will visit Empire State Building instead if close). Our day concludes with visits to Times Square .

Day 3: New York - Philadelphia - Washington DC (236 miles)

Today, we will drive to Philadelphia to see Independence National Park, the location of Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Afterwards, we will continue on our way to Washington DC to have U.S. Capitol (inside visit), and take some photos of the exteriors of the White House. We will also visit the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and the Korean War Memorial.
Special Notes: If unable to enter U.S. Capitol, the attraction will be replaced with the DC In-depth Tour (optional).

We will also have the chance to ride the Maid of the Mist and and hve a Daytime View in Niagara Falls. We will arrive back at the pickup points in New York in the evening.
Note: Jetboat and Maid of the Mist Niagara Falls Boat usually closed in winter season, we'll visit Cave of the Winds instead.

    Cave of the Winds usually closed on 12/22/2022 and 01/01/2023, it will not be visited based on attraction closure.

Day 6: Boston - Home

In the morning, we will start the tour with explore Cambridge and Boston, including Harvard University and the MIT. We will also take the Boston Harbor Cruise and have lunch at Quincy Market. We will also pass by: Old Trinity Cathedral, Hancock Building, Boston Athenaeum, Boston Park, Swan Lake Park, and overlook the Golden Dome of the State House.

  • Airport Meet and Greet: Your tour escort will be wearing a yellow uniform and holding a sign with your name. Domestic arrivals, your tour escort will wait at the baggage claim area. International arrivals, your tour escort will wait just outside of customs exit.

  • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort upon arrival.

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.

    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
    In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
    Itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, transportation and other conditions, in order to provide the best experience for you.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
