This was my second visit using this bus and this bus was very clean. We sat in the last row but it was still good and clean and reached on time. The bus started right on time and there was no delay of any sort. Plus the game and meal coupons are an added advantage. Would definitely recommend this to anyone for the future and would like to use it many more times.
Excellent experience! Bus was clean, reasonable and on time both ways. Meal ticket and match play given at the casino were a definite bonus! Definitely recommend this day trip. Only point of confusion was parking, since the Wah Sang restaurant in Chelmsford which was our pickup / dropoff point did not allow us to use their parking lot.
Our experience could not have been better. Bus was on time in both directions. We appreciated the cleanliness of the bus and the friendliness of the driver and hostess. Will definitely go again!
I had to change one of my ticket dates. I just call gotobus.com. The lady who answered the phone is very nice and patient to change the ticket date. What a great service.
