Day 1: Cancun

Pick up guests from Cancun International Airport and settle down in the hotel.

Cancun, MX

This tropical city on the northeastern coast of the Yucatan Peninsula is a vacation destination for people around the world. Its bright, sandy beaches and the crystalline blue waters of the Caribbean make it a favorite of beachgoing travelers.

Day 2: Las Coloradas Pink Lake - Cenote

07:00~08:00 Depart from hotel.
11:30 First stop at Las Coloradas Pink Lake. Your driver will get you the ticket and, then you will be guided into the Las Coloradas by local staff. The visit takes 30 minutes.
12:00 Leave from Las Coloradas Pink Lake for lunch. You may share your lunch preference on the way to the restaurant. Head to Cenote Hubiku after an 1.5-hour drive.
13:30 Arrive at Cenote Hubiku and for lunch. Swimming is available here. The visit takes 90 minutes.
15:10 Wrap up the day trip and leave for hotel..
17:30 Return back to hotel.

Las Coloradas

Las Coloradas is in the Yucatan Peninsula, 150 km from Cancun. Its spectacular pink color is due to its high concentration of salts, microbes and the sun, and its intensity varies according to the position of the sun's rays, allowing us to appreciate a range of colors from yellow to orange to pink.

Today we will visit Chichén Itzá, Cenote Ik-Kil and Valladolid

Chichen Itza, MX

The most famous Mayan archaeological site, was a major focal point in the Northern Maya Lowlands from the Late Classic through the Terminal Classic and into the early portion of the Postclassic period.

Cenote Ik Kil

This cenote is about 130 feet deep and 85 feet from the surface, around cenote with waterfalls and green vegetation hanging all the way down to the clear crystal water, which is perfect to swim and snorkel.

Valladolid, MX

Valladolid is a lovely colonial city in the state of Yucatan. It's streets and buildings retain a strong sense of the past. This peaceful town is also a great place from which to explore Yucatan state.

Day 4: Cancun

After the relaxing vacation, we will arrange free 24-hour drop-offs to the airport. Please refer to the "Departure & Return" for more details.

Departure & return

Drop off location will be the same as pick up location (some locations may not have drop off service).
Arrival Flights: Pick up guests from Cancun International Airport and settle down in the hotel. 24-hour free Chinese-speaking transportation service is available.
Return Flights: 24-hour free English-speaking transportation service is available. We can arrange Chinese-speaking tour guide airport drop off service for $60(include first 1st and 2nd persons, $10 for each additional person).

Please note: Departure day and activity option couldn't be changed within 7 days to the departure.

No tour guide is provided for the Xel-Ha, Xcaret, and Xplor Park tours, please arrive at the pick-up locations on time. Conversational English or Spanish skills are required.

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 7 days before departure.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
45 days or more prior to departure - $100 per person.
30- 44 days or more prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
23-29 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount (change departure day need to add 20% handling fee)
22 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
